With the continuous development of the construction of the “resource-saving and environment-friendly” society,the study and application of the sewage source heat pump are increasing.Optimization on design and operation of the sewage source heat pump will greatly promote its development and application.Taken the sewage source heat pump system that has been put into operation as the research object,studies and optimization on the operation cost and initial investment of the sewage source heat pump are conducted in the thesis.For the optimized object has been put into operation,the terminal units,heat exchangers and the heat pump units have been determined.In order to ensure the heat exchange effect of the fan coil and water-water heat exchanger unchanged after being optimized,the restrictions and relationships between inlet and outlet temperature of medium water and chilled water are obtained through experiment and theory,and the better mathematic model of the heat pump between the unit power and inlet and outlet temperature of cooling and chilled water under non-standard condition is also obtained.By integrating the inlet and outlet temperature of the chilled and cooling water and refrigerating capacity rates to study and optimize the total operating energy consumption of the system operating at the sewage average temperature(25℃),the best inlet and outlet temperature of the chilled water and cooling water and the allocation scheme under different load rates are comprehensively obtained.In the same way,by integrating above three aspects to study the system at the sewage temperature of 22℃、23℃、24℃、26℃,the best inlet and outlet temperature of the chilled water and cooling water and the allocation scheme under different sewage temperatures and different load rates are also comprehensively obtained.Based on the analysis of the optimal temperatures of the chilled water and cooling water and optimal allocation scheme of cooling capacity,the better design parameters and operating strategy are obtained in the thesis.
