Electron cyclotron resonance heating(ECRH)is considered to be one of the mosteffective auxiliary heating for fusion devices.As it can improve the confinement of plasma effectively,ECRH is widely used on various tokamak devices in the world.In order to carry out the plasma physics research on J-TEXT tokamak,Huazhong University of Science and Technology Institute of Fusion and Plasma is building a set of 200 kW / 60 GHz / 0.5s ECRH system.ECRH system is a complex system composed of many subsystems,such as microwave source,power system,transmission line,launcher,cooling system,microwave power measurement and so on.It is important to establish a control and monitoring system for it.A stable and reliable control system is needed to ensure the safe,efficient and stable operation of the ECRH system.This paper mainly focuses on ECRH control system of J-TEXT device,including three aspects: the control requirements of signal,the hardware and software design and the overall test of ECRH control system on J-TEXT.The first part of this thesis,chapters I and II,first introduces tokamak and electron cyclotron resonance heating,ECRH control system of J-TEXT device and research on the control system;Then the control signal requirements of ECRH system on J-TEXT is analyzed,details analysis of the type of each signal,isolation transmission mode and terminal,etc.Part ? concludes the third chapter.According to the requirement of ECRH system signal designed a control system,which the hardware based on the NI CompactRIO platform,the software based on the NI LabVIEW programming language,to realize monitoring,control,protection and acquisition of ECRH system.Because of the demand of high voltage isolation and fast protection in ECRH system,different isolation circuits are designed for different types of high voltage signals.Part ? concludes the fourth chapter,the test results of ECRH control system are introduced.The host computer can real-time monitoring the operation state of ECRH system as the system was exercised.Date collected that the output timing of the control system is the same as the timing set by the host computer,FPGA can quickly respond to cut off the main power supply when the faults of the system are detected,the response time less than 10?s and can meet the requirements of ECRH system.The control system has proved its reliability and stability in the experiments,meet the operating requirements of J-TEXT ECRH system.
