Transmission is the direct manipulation of a driver for the important automotive assembly cars with engine power transmission system,the transmission operating performance has a direct impact on the driver's driving comfort,the car's power and economy.Manual transmission has a simple structure,high efficiency power transmission,disassembly cheap,low manufacturing cost mini-car features and cost-effective,low fuel consumption and market position complement each other.Therefore,to enhance the performance of the manual transmission's external control mechanism is an effective means to keep competitiveness of products in mini-car market.Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm is based on Elitist,a mini-car with manual transmission operating mechanism for the study,targeted for the shifting comfort analysis to determine the optimization objective: the shifting operation force and return to the neutral position,Flexible and establish the appropriate mathematical model.The main work is as follows:(1)Firstly,describing the mechanical optimization progress of research,the next transmission and manual transmission operating mechanism research performance tests.The principle structure of the manual transmission control mechanism were analyzed and discussed,given the operating mechanism and common evaluation of the range of relevant indicators of the transmission shift operation ergonomic analysis,analysis of the factors affecting the performance of the shifting to determine the shift performance optimization goal: choose neutral gear shifting operation force and resilience.(2)Secondly,it's the optimization method: presentation of traditional and modern mechanical optimization algorithm design,dissertation of their strengths and defect;focuses on the concepts of genetic algorithm and its improved algorithm,the basic principle and calculation process;discusses the common multi-objective optimization program-Elitist sorting genetic algorithm.(3)Then,simulation of the operating mechanism: modeling describes two ways: the establishment of UG model of the entire steering mechanism and import it into ADAMS software,using its own tools for modeling in ADAMS;to verify the validity of the model optimize the effectiveness of the program after the verification preparation.(4)Finally,it's necessary to test and verify the effect of optimization design and operating mechanism of verification: a mathematical model shift control mechanism,including the shifting power dynamics model and self-locking ball kinematics model and then using MATLAB optimization program and the preparation of the operating mechanism to optimize the results of the calculation,selecting a more appropriate set of optimal solutions,the corresponding transmission prototype trial and testing to optimize design parameters based on the results of simulation and optimization analysis,optimization by the shifting target performance parameters and comparing before and after optimization theory,analysis and optimization of the effect of the operating mechanism.The operating mechanism...
