In promoting the construction of social informatization tide,the development of Jiangxi province high speed group information rapidly,especially the "13th Five-Year" period,Jiangxi province highway information industry to further develop the application of information technology in various fields of basic theory and production materials,tube highway construction enterprises,subordinate unit construction has a certain scale and results,various departments related business application system has played a positive role in the work.In the process of development from scratch,the information management department of Jiangxi high speed group has established many business system platforms according to the management needs of various business departments,and has played an effective management role in a certain period of time and in a certain range.But in the information management process to further develop in depth encountered difficulties and obstacles,the outstanding performance of the key work is to meet the business needs,but in the overall information technology and business requirements on the lack of overall consideration,the lack of information system between the upper and lower levels through lack of ideas about the integration of cohesion between business systems,more the lack of information system as a shared resource to look at the idea,the current level of development only meet their own needs,the subordinate units of data resources independent of each other,can not play the data resource reuse characteristics,application system of each section of a separate building,not coordinated and integrated development,which greatly reduces the efficiency of management of the group.Therefore,this paper mainly uses the ideas and methods of the top-level design,focusing on the group's ideas,from the perspective of systemic and overall height,through the development of data resource integration management research,to determine the group information management development purpose,integration of informatization standard system and establish a data center and application support platform,in-depth investigation and understanding of the environment and supporting conditions of group information management required,through field investigation units system environment,and consider the feasibility of integrated data management.Through careful analysis and integration stage of informatization construction of business architecture,data architecture,application architecture and technical architecture in the course of the study,through theoretical analysis and accurate definition of the relationship between the system,the implementation of standards and reference model,eventually developed by the information system of data resource integration management,so as to obtain the maximum information group effective way.
