At present,people’s eco-awareness has strengthened and the problems about energy and environmental are in the spot light.China has also put forward the path of sustainable development.Low-carbon,green,ecological and sustainable have become the label of the current construction.In view of the serious pollution and energy consumption of the gymnasium,China put forward the idea about Green Olympics when it won Olympic bid.However,due to the rising competition standards and other reasons,the investment of the gymnasium construction has been increasing.And the problems such as improper scale,misaligned positioning and excessive energy consumption are still serious.External interfaces,as the significant component of gymnasiums,exposing the lack of scientific decision and design method in the process of design construction.However,due to the standard specification of green architectures which in China is lack of pertinence for the design and construction of gymnasiums.Therefore,it is difficult to play an effective guide to save economy,resources and reduce energy consumption for design and construction of external interfaces of gymnasiums.Based on the background of China’s rapid development of sports architecture and the construction of a conservation-minded society,this paper aims at the saving-type design strategy for the external interfaces of gymnasiums in Guangdong area.According to the present situation of the design of gymnasiums in Guangdong area,this paper is taking the external surface as the cut-in point,using the economical building theory,combining with the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the example of the gymnasium in Guangdong area,the foothold,direction and basic principles of the economical design are clarified with the development and design characteristics of the external surface.In this,this paper explores the effective methods and new ways of the saving-type design of the exterior interface of gymnasiums and it hopes that the research of this paper can play a guiding role for the saving-type design of external interfaces of gymnasiums in Guangdong region,and it can inspire innovation and practice for architects better.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part is the introduction.It mainly discusses the research background,current situation and technical route of the subject.And it points out the specific research contents and research methods of the subject,and explains the significance and innovation of the research.The second part includes the second chapter and the third chapter.It mainly takes the gymnasiums of Guangdong area as the example research objects.Based on the construction trend,the application status and the design characteristics of external surfaces,it analyzes the present situation and causes of the external interface of gymnasiums in Guangdong.And it points out the objective and basic principle,which is based on the China’s actual conditions,the characteristics of the environment in Guangdong region,the external interface and the whole life cycle of the gymnasium,of the saving-type design of external interfaces of gymnasiums in Guangdong region.Under the foreshadowing of the first two parts,the third part,according to the different design stages,combs the related strategies of the savingtype design of external interfaces of gymnasiums in Guangdong region,and makes a comprehensive qualitative and quantitative analysis by examples.Finally,this paper summarizes the previous contents.
