The Research On The Strategy Of Saving-type Building

The article regards the environment and energy problem, which is becoming severer day by day, as the starting point, with the purpose of popularizing the design idea of saving type building. Through the way of studying various tactics and methods that might exist, quoting and comparing within examples, and consulting relevant systems, I could make assessment model of architectural design of saving type building, and find feasibility and necessity from it. Finally, the significance of this idea in solving the environment and energy problem in the future can be educed.Firstly, the article elucidated the background and meaning of choosing the thesis, defined relevant concepts, and put forward the thread and frame studied. Chapter two analysed the relation of building and the natural ecosystem centralizedly, and studied its theory intension, then pointed out the feasibility and necessity of developing the design idea of saving type building under the present social and economic environment, and summarized the basic principle and purpose of saving type architectural design. Chapter three emphasized the technological tactics of the saving type architectural design, explained all kinds of sides through concrete analysis of macroscopic and microcosmic aspects, and studied relevant design tactics from planning and architecture to technique. Chapter four further sum up the basic principle and tactics mode of the saving type architectural design by analyzing the development, characteristic and method existing cases. According to the concrete analysis of the above several chapters, Chapter five summarized the assessment system of saving type architectural design from the different sides such as social benefit, environmental benefit, economic benefits etc, then in Chapter six, the epilogue was make out and the expectation to future was brought forward.
