With the continuous development of electronic technology,the technology of allelectronic has gradually become a development trend in China's rail transit signal equipment.At the same time,the railway testing equipment is also constantly updated and improved,it is necessary to ensure real-time and efficient and safe rail transport,and when the turnout circuit failure,it can be troubleshooting as soon as possible.More and more practical experience and Technology is presented.Mainly,the various troubleshooting steps are based on the fault cases encountered in the field,and,at the switch machine detection work in orbit,putting forward the portable intelligent tester program design.At present,maintenance and construction personnel repair the fault with personal knowledge and practical experience,they use a multimeter and other conventional instruments for indirect measurement,once the indoor switch combination wiring failure or outdoor conditions are not available in the construction process,relying solely on manual testing will waste a lot of time and effort,and be difficult to ensure its correctness,even ultimately will directly affect the normal operation of the train.In this context,this paper studies a portable intelligent five-wire turnout control circuit test system that can be used in the construction site.The system structure is simple,the use of smart,and has intelligent analysis and display module with microcomputer control,which can monitor the data such as circuit voltage and action voltage in real time,and can intelligently analyze the mechanical failure and line fault of the five-wire turnout control circuit.The system is applied to the daily maintenance of the speed control circuit,not only provide a convenient for the operation and maintenance personnel,but also effectively shorten the maintenance time.The research and design work of the simulation box is mainly carried out from the following three parts.(1)Firstly,the research background of railway turnout equipment,the research significance of the five-wire switch machine simulation box and the research status at home and abroad are introduced,and the research contents of the intelligent exchange of five-wire switch machine are presented.The system diagram,working principle and scheme design of the five-wire switch machine simulation box are discussed in detail.(2)Summarize the functional requirements analysis of the simulation box,introduce the overall design of the hardware and software of the simulation box,hardware and software modular design and implementation.Respectively,introduced the PS-LCD display module hardware and software structure,display interface design,display the communication methods and data formats between storage module and drive module.(3)the realization of the instrument and the test platform to build.Simulation box simulated field tests and laboratory condition tests,respectively.In the laboratory,the simulation box and the indoor switch control circuit connection with the communication bus,through the serial debugging assistant,record data information.The final results show that the design of the simulation box has reached the practical application standard,can quickly locate the fault,greatly improving the efficiency of railway maintenance personnel.
