Urban Energy,economy And Environment ("3E") Big Data Platform Function Analysis And Its Application

Energy,economy,and environment are the three major systems for urban operations.Coordinated and sustainable development among the three is the basis for urban development.In recent years,the new scientific and technological revolution represented by mobile internet,cloud computing and digital technology has been continuously updated.The urban “3E” big data has emerged.The traditional method of research on urban “3E” data can no longer meet the needs of the new era.The value behind big data technology mining urban "3E" big data is imminent.In this context,the study of the construction of urban “3E” big data platform functions has important [important] significance for advancing urban energy,economic,and environmental policy optimization.This article uses the literature method to sort out relevant theories about big data,platform theory and "3E" system at home and abroad,analyzes the basic characteristics of urban "3E" big data,and adopts system design method to the basics of urban "3E" big data platform.The function is constructed;the business function of the urban “3E” big data platform is constructed using the questionnaire method and kano analysis model,and the window function of the service form is designed based on the survey results.Finally,some basic functions of the platform were demonstrated based on the case study of urban expansion and carbon emission evolution based on "3E" analysis.
