Research And Application Of Retesting And Data Processing In High Speed Rail Control Network

High speed railway in China has entered a new era and has been widely used with its characteristic of stability and comfort.Precision engineering measurement technology is the important guarantee of the safe operation of high speed railway.Taking CP? control network method,the layout of the mesh,the accuracy evaluation and the software data processing process as the research object,this paper will analyze the CP? data processing method with engineering project and improve the function of software to offer better data and safe guarantee.The main contents of this paper are as follows:This article relies on the expansion and reconstruction project of the Jinwen Railway,first introduced the basic knowledge of the CP? control network,and elaborated the CP? plane and elevation control network layout,observation methods,and precision indicators.This paper analyzes the observation method and data processing method and process with taking the Jinwen line CP? control network retest project as the field work measurement example.The CP? plane network uses the free station corner intersection method,the elevation network uses the rectangular ring method to measure,the data processing uses the iron four yards adjustment software SYADJ to deal with.Taking the plane network as the focus point,comparing the results of regular weighted adjustment method with Helmert's method for estimating the weighted adjustment of variance components,the stability of the control point is judged by comparing the coordinate difference of CP? points,and the data meeting the retesting requirements are obtained according to the accuracy index.At last,the method of measuring and data processing of the CP? control network of the Jinwen line is used as the object,based on the Java language to optimize the shortcomings of the software function,Through the optimization of the plane mesh map of the CP? control network,the output function of the elevation map is added.and the merging function of the existing software plane and elevation data realize the unification of two tables of plane and elevation data,so as to improve the efficiency of data checking,and to provide help for the project of the gold temperature line,and provide the guarantee for the safe operation of high-speed railway.
