In the current environment of energy saving and emission reduction,optimizing the ship's electric propulsion system to improve its operational efficiency has become a hot topic today.The research on modeling and simulation of the electric propulsion system,the static and dynamic working process of the system,and the intrinsic laws of the system as well as the rules of the system operation are of great significance to the future development of the electric propulsion system.This article starts with the characteristics of "Distributed Control,Centralized Management" of the electric propulsion system,combines the integrated management of the ship's electric propulsion system with the energy management system,conducts simulation experiments on various modules of the system,and finally optimizes the energy management for the electric propulsion system.The tasks are as follows:Electric propulsion system for the mathematical modeling,the main equipment including prime mover,governor,generator,transformer,propulsion motor,screw,etc.,and integrating various modules for the large model of the whole system.Draw lessons from the motor running power matching principle of the motor excitation current component,the torque current component ratio is defined as the power match ratio,using the numerical analysis methods to analyze under the specific speed,maximum efficiency of the power for motor matching ratio,determine the scope of control method for motor,so as to design power optimization model control the active power and reactive power of the motor,motor has high efficiency.In order to get more accurate propeller model in this paper,by redefining the propeller into the speed ratio,in the form of bounded into the speed ratio,and through the chebyshev polynomial was carried out on the thrust coefficient and torque coefficient correction.Analysis of propeller working mechanism,combining with the working characteristic curve of propeller,detailed introduction of propeller under several typical working conditions of operating characteristics and the characteristics of ship resistance,on the basis of the theory,combined with the propeller load simulation experiment,the movement characteristics for further study of propeller propulsion system energy management strategy for the next chapter laid a foundation.To carry out the energy management system scheduling,frequency control,voltage control,load limit and overload access key functions such as research,combined with the previous chapter the analysis summary OARS movement characteristics of the system,and analysis of ship speed,thrust,the relation of the propelling power.Ship electric propulsion system flow is analyzed,according to the different needs of propulsion power and power to match each other,and set the appropriate power threshold,formulate a set of complete,suitable for energy management of ship electric propulsion system control strategy.
