In the current world car ownership and the use of huge and rapid growth,the human face of severe energy and environmental challenges,research and development to promote the use of energy saving,environmental protection and safety of vehicles,to achieve environmental sustainability is increasingly important.Among them,the electric vehicle for its use in the process of ultra-low emissions,energy diversification,efficient and easy to achieve intelligent control and other technical advantages,is now much attention of governments and automotive industry.As one of the key components of electric vehicles,the performance and reliability of the motor drive system have an important influence on the performance of the vehicle.The development of vehicle wheel drive system can effectively test the performance of wheel motor drive system,shorten the research and development cycle of electric vehicle,reduce R & D expenses,and greatly improve the R & D efficiency of electric vehicle market.Therefore,the development of the electric wheel hub drive system test bed is very important for the test of the electric wheel hub drive system.Based on the research and development background of 2013 "Major Science and Technology Innovation Project of Hangzhou City"-"Research and Development of Wheel Motor Drive Control System for Light Low Speed Electric Vehicle"(Plan No: 20132011A24),to meet the test rated power 10 kW within peak speed 1800 rpm,rated torque of 200 N.m wheel motor as the goal.Designed to test bench function indicators as a design route to interface indicators as a guide.In this paper,according to the four major interface module division,combined with the functional analysis of each part of the test bed interface module classification and development of the overall arrangement of the platform program to determine the logical relationship between parts.According to the type of the interface,the test-bed divides the module according to the interface type.According to the arrangement scheme and the function between the parts,the key components of the dynamometer module and the load module are selected,such as dynamometer,torque sensor,measuring and controlling device,magnetic powder brake,host computer and standard Piece interface.And then gives the analysis of the wheel motor clamping device design and transmission components of the design.At the same time,through comparison of the loading scheme,the design of circuit control scheme,the design of water cooling scheme,the planning of four major interface matching program,the final design of mechanical design of the test bed non-standard parts.In this design,the design and procurement of parts based on Solidworks three-dimensional design software for digital modeling and three-dimensional assembly,interference inspection.Then,based on the ADAMS software developed by MSC,the simulation of the prototype of the test bed is carried out,and the test bench is optimized according to the simulation results.After finishing the above selection,design and processing,after optimization,the test-bed for the final assembly of parts debugging operation.Load simulation of the test bed and motor performance detection.The design goal is achieved.
