In recent years,new energy electric vehicles have developed rapidly in response to the two world-class issues of energy crisis and environmental pollution.Power lithium-ion batteries(referred to as lithium batteries)are the key components of new energy electric vehicles.However,it seriously delays the rapid development of new energy electric vehicles because of its poor battery consistency,the brevity of battery life and other defects.The thickness uniformity of the lithium battery pole piece is one of the important factors affecting the performance of the lithium battery.The production of lithium battery pole pieces includes coating,drying,roller pressing and other processes.At present,the lithium battery pole pieces manufacturing equipment are separated operations for coating or rolling.The equipment cover larges of areas and are inefficient,and they cannot form an automatic production line.This is an important factor leading to poor conformity of lithium battery pole pieces.Therefore,this paper studies the equipment and key technologies of the lithium battery pole piece continuous manufacturing to improve the precision and consistency of the manufacture of the lithium battery pole piece.This paper focuses on the problems of low precision and poor consistency in the current manufacturing process of lithium battery pole pieces.Firstly,the lithium battery pole piece continuous manufacturing machine equipment is designed,mainly including a decoiling device,a coating device,a drying device,a roller pressing device and a winding device.The integrated device can integrate the manufacturing process of the lithium battery pole piece,improve the precision of the lithium battery pole piece and the consistency of the lithium battery pole piece.Secondly,the finite element model of the full hydraulic pole roller press was established and its finite element analysis was performed.The research results show that the thickness uniformity of the pole piece will become worse as the length of the roller body increases when the roller diameter of the full hydraulic pole roller press is constant.The thickness uniformity of the pole piece will be reduced as the roll diameter and roll length increase when the ratio of roller diameter and the length of the roller press is 1:1.The bouncing equation of full hydraulic pole roller press based on different roll system parameters and the deviation curve of pole piece thickness of full hydraulic pole roll press under different roll pressure were obtained.The research results provide reference for the reasonable design of the roller system parameters of the roller press and theoretical guidance for the control of the strip thickness during the roll pressing process.
