There are many types of conveyors,including belt conveyors,screw conveyors,bucket elevators,scraper conveyors,and so on.One of the most widely used belt conveyors,used in machinery,post and telecommunications,printing,coal mining and other industries.Compared with other kinds of conveyors,belt conveyors have stronger conveying capacity,simpler structure and easy maintenance,and are indispensable conveying equipments for production line flow and mechanical transportation.At present,with the wide application of belt conveyors,its rapid design is particularly important.This article is aimed at DTII(A)belt conveyor design selection cumbersome,repetitive work,low manual computing efficiency,using.Net as a development platform,C# as a development language,combined with Microsoft Office Access database development technology,in C# Create a WinForm form application project,write a program under the visual form and perform a query operation on the table in the Access database,and realize the selection according to the parameters required by the user(such as conveying amount,material type,granularity,bulk density,stacking angle,etc.)The system of the type of conveyor and the model number of each part of the conveyor.Through computer programming,a set selection system that can realize the design of belt conveyors is established.In the face of different users' requirements,only parameters need to be changed,and then the designer can use the computer design to output the appropriate conveyor models.And the model of each part greatly improves the design efficiency and shortens the design time.On the basis of the above selection,depending on the results of the selection,this paper applies the secondary development of the program-driven method and size-driven method,through the C# connection SolidWorks API functions of the belt conveyor parametric modeling,at the same time Further research,through the modular design idea to achieve the automatic assembly of the belt conveyor machine.The design system of this project is divided into five modules: user management module,basic parameter input module,design and calculation module,component selection and output module,parametric modeling,etc.The selection and parameterization of belt conveyor components are completed.Modeling has obvious practical effects on improving design efficiency and reducing design costs.
