Study On The Decline And Regeneration Of Historic Towns Based On The Perspective Of Factor Flow

In the context of urbanization,the historic town is facing unprecedented challenges.They are showing "marginalized","heterogeneity","universal",and many other signs of recession in the process of evolution.How can the the historic town rediscover its foothold,protect and inherit the cultural heritage,and realize the regeneration of the historic town? This is not only a hot topic in the society,but also an important research content in urban planning.The Chongqing region have diversity geography and abundant natural resources,also multifold culture.In some areas,there still keep a large number of historic towns,which have unique spatial pattern and local cultural characteristics.But due to the low economic development in Chongqing,the historic town is facing severe challenges.This research follow the path of "found the problem-analysis problem-problem solving".This paper adopts the research idea of "history of historic town recession phenomenon investigation-recession phenomenon explanation-recession diagnosis-regenerative approaches and strategies".Studies suggest that the key reason for the recession is the long-term loss and deteriorate of factors.Circulating system construction and internal factors restructuring is the key to promote the regeneration.This article attempts from the view of the factors flowing,explain the recession mechanism of historic town.On this basis,take 18 historic towns in Chongqing as an example to diagnose therecession,and put forward regeneration strategies.This Paper is divided into eight chapters.The first chapter provide theoretical background and foundation,mainly elaborated the research background,purpose and significance.The second chapter first reviewing the evolution of Chongqing historic towns,then thorough investigation,summarizing the recession that currently exist.The third chapter first construct the theoretical basis of this article from the view of factors flowing,then puts forward the specific method of recession diagnosis.The fourth chapter,the fifth chapter,the sixth chapter,respectively from the production factor,space factor,social factor three aspects,elaborates the factors flow in the historic town.Then points out the extent of factor loss and summarizes the characteristics according to each index.Chapter 7 first presents the results of recession diagnosis and characteristics,then puts forward the idea of constructing the factor recycling system of the historic town.Finally,the adaptive regeneration strategy is proposed for the historic towns with different recession.The chapter 8 summarizes the main conclusions of this study and points out the shortcomings and prospects in the research.
