Study On The Design Of Children Pleasure Space In Urban Parks

In recent years,more and more children are prone to psychological problems,which has something to do with the lack of natural contact in the growing environment,and children need games that blend with nature.Therefore,the author tries to explore solutions from the perspective of children pleasure space.Urban parks play an important role in children’s development and have sufficient natural environment resources,But at present,most of their construction gradually presents the trend of instrumentation and indoor,or present simple mode of "Ground + Product Facilities".The current situation of construction is not only old facilities and single types of activities,but also not keeping up with popular aesthetic standards.A series of psychological demands,such as children’s contact with nature,fun and interactivity,cannot be satisfied,and the child’s perspective is quite lacking.At present,there is a lack of quantitative research on the spatial design of children’s games in urban parks,and the angle of entry lacks integrity,and even some studies ignore parental involvement in games,status quo evaluation is also very one-sided,targeted design methods are relatively scarce.Therefore,the author intends to take the main urban area of chongqing as an example to further study the problems existing in children pleasure space in urban parks,and propose targeted design strategies.The research was carried out in accordance with the research technical route of "Finding problems--Analysis of design impact factors--Analysis of current situation and summary of problems--Exploration of design strategies--Conclusion summary",and it starts from the following five parts:The first part is described in the first chapter,this chapter summarizes the problems of children’s lack of natural contact,the change of children’s demand for games,the instrumentalization and indoor use of game space in the park,and the lack of children’s perspective by designers.The characteristics and problems of domestic and foreign research status are also been summed up.The second part is described in chapter two.Firstly,the development process,classification and characteristics of urban park children pleasure space are summarized,and the factors influencing the spatial design of children’s games in parks are also studied.It elaborates from four aspects: terrain influence and climate factor,children’s game behavior and spatial cognition,children’s game choice and inner appeal,parents’ needs and concerns.The third part is described in chapters three,four and five.In the third chapter,the classification,location and characteristics of urban parks in chongqing’s main urban areas,as well as the development and characteristics of urban parks’ game space for children in chongqing’s main urban areas are summarized.In chapter four,based on the influence factors of urban park children’s game space design,this paper investigates the current situation of several urban parks with children’s game space in the main urban areas of chongqing,and four parks were selected for detailed spatial analysis and comparative study.Fifth chapter on the basis of the previous chapter,summarizes the problems of children’s game space in urban parks in chongqing’s main urban areas.It is summarized in the natural elements,venue security,game fun,parent-child interaction,fun,accessibility,supporting facilities,embody the ecological park,mountain terrain,and the shortage of shade measures,and the causes behind the problems are summarized and explained.The fourth part is described in chapter six.For the status quo,this chapter summarizes the corresponding design countermeasures from the aspects of integration of natural elements,safety,interestingness,parent-child interaction,education features,site selection,supporting facilities,interaction between children and ecological park elements,topography utilization and shading measures,and combined with the case to carry on the detailed elaborationThe fifth part is described in chapter seven.This chapter elaborates the research results and shortcomings of this paper.The research achievements of this paper include sums up the influence children’s game space design elements of the city park,combed the city park in chongqing urban area children’s game space analysis of the status of the characteristics,summarized the present situation of children’s game space problem in downtown chongqing city parks and its causes,in view of the problems in a city park in chongqing urban area have been established children’s game space design strategy.However,this study still has some deficiencies in the scientific and universal nature of the questionnaire,which can be further strengthened.
