| In recent years,China actively promotes the "Establishment and improvement of home-based old-age care,community-based service,and institutional retirement as a supplement".The aim is to enable the elderly to enjoy comprehensive care in a familiar community,and the Community Elderly Day Care Center is an important part of it.Compared with other old-age care facilities,the community elderly day care center emphasizes the interaction with family members,neighbors and the community environment.Due to retirement,physical condition and other reasons,the social scope of the elderly is generally shrinking,but in turn,the need for communication is more urgent.Therefore,it is of positive significance to explore the humanized design strategy of the communication space of the day care center for the elderly in the community.Chongqing has put forward the "hundreds of projects",focusing on the construction of community elderly day care centers,building community pension services and solving the increasingly serious pension problems in Chongqing.But whether it is a new community care facilities,new or old community with a care facility,only simple configuration features,without considering the user’s usage.For example,the new community,the standard criterion only has the requirement on the area and the basic function,and lacks the deeper consideration of the space needs of the elderly and other people and the solutions.The old community care facilities in addition to the same problems with the new facilities,and often by the renovation and restrictions,such as the location,structure,scale and the communicative behavior into the community,to promote the elderly build constrained the facilities of communication space.Taking care of facilities of the communication space as the research object,firstly combed the domestic and foreign development history of the old day care centers,and the day care facilities at home and abroad characteristics and different point of view of the elderly,the elderly intercourse space requirements and relevant research on both the carding and reviews;Secondly,for the day to take care of the facilities of Chongqing urban area,facilities status of ontology research,to study the status quo of exchanges of Chongqing in the elderly,communicative behavior characteristic and the present status of communication space,explore communication space appears in be used actually problem,and the behavior characteristics of old people’s demand for space and influence,summed up the limited right to use construction land,steep terrain,diverse characteristics of the climate,and the activity of old people and so on four influence factors of building the day care center in downtown Chongqing community,as the theory basis of the design strategy of later.The main content of the article is based on the above content,from the macro into community environment of external communication space layout,medium and micro internal communication space to integrate into the community were summarized in three aspects: the environment,promotes the vigor of facilities communication space design strategy,and then make an empirical analysis of the combined with design example.Finally,the paper summarizes the conclusion from two aspects of basic research and design suggestion research,and puts forward some innovation points,shortcomings and further research directions. |
