| Intelligent building is rapidly evolving,in consequence of its great potential for energy saving and emission reduction,furthermore improving occupant comfort greatly.Intelligent shade control system is one of the most important components of intelligent building which is a complex system.Western countries started to promote electric louvers from a large number of years ago.At present,there are a wide range of products and the research on automatic sun-shading has also been conducted in depth.However,the research on electric shading equipment in our country started relatively late,so that there is not only a gap between researches in various fields of developed countries with ours,but also not many mature products on the market.Based on this situation,this project designed a set of intelligent exterior shade shutter control system relying on the illuminance model.The shading requirement will change,if blind system installed in different buildings.The controller needs to modify to ensure control effect,when system accesses various blinds or motors which drive other shading equipment.On the other hand,centralized control has more advantages than any other methods.In a result,control system of this subject use master-slave architecture.Aiming at the control objective of indoor illumination distribution,this project establishes the illuminance model,which is used to convert the object into the control of motor angle combined with Comfort metrics for an integrated evaluation of buildings performance.The accuracy of illuminance model is a vital guarantee of system control effect,but there is no reliable model can be used at present.Considering the thickness and shape of blinds,the illuminance distribution model divides illuminance of any test position indoor into four components.It’s not only has practical price,but also lay a solid foundation of related research in the future.Due to the large amount of calculation of illuminance model,the main controller calculates the optimal rotation angle of the louvers using seeker optimization algorithm in order to speed up system response.Aiming at the demand of controlling a variety of sunshade products,this subject design motor controller,which is a single chip microcomputer circuit based on MSP430,to avoid frequently modifying the main control program when accessing different products.According to the requirement that main controller needs a large number of complex computing,choose Advantech IPC as the main controller,taking into account the host computer’s man-machine interface tasks.Meanwhile,use VB to write a control program and user interface.Firstly,this subject uses MATLAB and Dialux evo to simulate the illuminance model.Besides,comparative analysis is carried by using field data to prove that the illuminance model calculation result is accurate.Then the results which the whole control system simulates in MATLAB show the system is stable.Finally,the system is installed to the experimental site.The results show that the system can accurately adjust the indoor illuminance in real time,as well as link to fire systems and other systems,which achieve the design goals. |
