Research On Revitalization Design Of Historic District From The Perspective Of Urban Memory

Based on the perspective of urban memory,this paper studies the important stock space of urban historic district in the background of China’s urban development model from expansion to intensive stock renewal,aiming at reactivating the historic district and realizing the revival of vitality.Following the research logic of "putting forward problems-analyzing problems-solving problems",the paper tries to explore the method of revitalization of the blocks from the new perspective of urban memory,and proposes feasible strategies for the existing problems to make the block a memory and a sense of belonging.The full text is divided into six parts:The first chapter describes the origin of research and the problems faced by urban development.Based on domestic literatures and case studies,the research object and scope were established.By using scientific method as research support,the purpose of research is clarified,the research framework is combed,and the significance of research is explained.The second chapter,in-depth analysis of the two aspects of urban memory and the revitalization of historic districts.First,the concept of urban memory is defined,the significance,function and main components of urban memory are analyzed.Secondly,the concept of the revitalization of the vitality of the historic district is defined,the vitality elements of the urban historic district are extracted,and the influencing factors of the revitalization of the block energy are analyzed.Finally,it expounds the necessity of revitalization of historic district from the perspective of urban memory.The third chapter analyzes the current situation of the revitalization of historic districts.And through the comparative analysis method,the three outstanding cases of the current block renewal are analyzed,and the characteristics and bright spots of the project are summarized and summarized,which lays the foundation for the principles and Strategies of the revitalization of the following historic districts.The fourth chapter,combining the first two chapters to study the city memory and the energy elements of the block,put forward the four principles of the revitalization of the block,that is to follow the continuity of the vitality revival,the micro intervention,the pluralism,the participatory principle,and sum up the five strategies of the revitalization of the historic district: the continuation of the optimization—space Building in the ground;the collage suture—the organic reproduction of the context;multiple integration—the expansion of the function;breakthrough reconstruction—Art’s ingenious intervention;green sharing—the innovative application of technology.The fifth chapter,the theory combined with practice,through the renovation and renovation design of the Chongqing Xiahao Old Street,Ciyun Temple Old Street on the basis of deep excavation of the characteristics of the block,the feasibility strategy is put forward and flexible design is put forward in view of the prominent problems faced by the block.The sixth chapter summarizes the research process of the subject,summarizes the research results,and rethinks the limitations of this paper.At the same time,it looks forward to the prospect of the revitalization of the characteristic block vitality from the perspective of urban memory.
