This study is based on the project of the"Heating and air conditioning program and corresponding system of building in Yangtze River Region"(project number:2016YFC0700306).The climate of most areas of the Yangtze River Region are hot in summer,cold in winter and high relative humidity throughout the year.The thermal environment of the building is very bad,so the heating and air conditioning system in this area has a high utilization rate and long duration,which leads to high energy consumption in the air conditioning system.In order to create a comfortable indoor thermal environment and reduce the energy consumption of the air conditioning system and also achieve the purpose of building energy conservation,this paper systematically studies the building thermal environment control technology with the principle of"passive priority and active optimization".In this paper,the energy saving effect of passive technology is different under different climate conditions.The suitability of passive technology in different climate zones of the Yangtze River Region is studied.suitability for single and integrated passive technologies in different climate zones were ranked and the optimization scheme of the corresponding active technology is also discussed.In this paper,the climatic characteristics of the Yangtze River Region are summarized and analyzed,and the existing climate zoning standards in China are studied,and the necessity of establishing the climate zoning of the Yangtze River Basin for building thermal environment and the application of energy saving technology is proposed.According to the requirements of human comfort,based on the coefficient of variation of climatic indexes,HDH16 and CDH28 were regarded as the first grade index,the total radiation intensity on the southern vertical surface in the coldest month and the dehumidification degree hours as the second grade index.As a result,the Yangtze River Region was divided into 4 primary zones and 7 secondary zones.In order to quantitatively analyze the energy saving effect of passive technology under different climate conditions in the Yangtze River Region,simple and practicable passive technology is selected,and the energy saving effects of thickening exterior insulation,energy efficient windows,shading devices and natural ventilation are simulated for each partition by using EnergyPlus,Non heating and air conditioning hours of the benchmark building as well as the extended time caused by those technologies were also obtained.Finally,according to the simulation results,suitability for single and integrated passive technologies in different climate zones were ranked,aimed at direct the application of passive technologies and the optimization of active technologies in the Yangtze River Region.Based on the climatic conditions of the Yangtze River Region,only by the application of passive technology can not achieve the annual indoor thermal comfort state,there for,the application of the active technology is also studied.The energy consumption modes and rules of the air conditioning system in the Yangtze River Basin are analyzed and summarized.Three types of air conditioning systems commonly used in the Yangtze River Basin,VRV air conditioning system,chiller air conditioning system and split air conditioning system are obtained,and the concentrative air conditioning system is further studied and analyzed.According to the suitability of passive technology in the previous article,in order to reach the energy consumption limit 20kWh/(m~2·a),the comprehensive energy efficiency ratio needed for the building air conditioning system after the application of the passive technology are calculated.In order to achieve the comprehensive energy efficiency ratio,or to achieve more energy-saving effect,the common operation scheme and the common energy saving transformation scheme are simulated and analyzed.In addition,the annual energy consumption data of two office buildings are collected and analyzed.From the application of passive technology and active technology two aspects,the existing problems in the actual operation of air conditioning are put forward,and the suggestions for energy conservation are given.Finally,the shortcomings of this paper are carried out.The conclusion is summarized and the follow-up research is prospected.
