| Economic development is inseparable from the use of energy,but the exploitation of energy may also bring negative impact on the environment.Economic growth brought about by extensive energy use is undesirable,and development brought about at the cost of ecology and environment is unsustainable and short-lived.With the deepening of reform and opening up,China’s energy development is facing two major problems: one is the irrational energy consumption structure,coal is still the main resource consumed;Second,the extensive economic development mode makes the economic growth solely rely on a large amount of energy input and energy consumption to promote.Both questions arise in view of the fact that economic development in the yangtse is of strategic importance in the economic development of China.The industrial structures of the Yangtze show a trend towards "two,three and one".As a result of industrial progress and population growth,the disparities between supply and demand are intensifying,which needs to take active measures to deal with,and the energy structure needs to be optimized.The Yangtze River basin studied in this thesis includes 11 provinces and cities,namely zhejiang,Guizhou,Sichuan,Yunnan,Chongqing,Hubei,Hunan,Jiangxi,Anhui,Jiangsu and Shanghai.The Yangtze River basin occupies an important position in China’s regional strategic planning because it spans the three major regions of eastern,central and western China.Combined with energy development and energy consumption,This thesis introduces the basic energy utilization and studies the energy in the Yangtze River Basin from three aspects.The first aspect considers the economic and energy factors,calculates the single factor energy efficiency of each province in the basin,and studies its spatio-temporal changes with the help of Eviews and Arc GIS software.Research indicates that the Yangtze river basin provinces single factors of energy efficiency has maintained growth,energy efficiency gap between the provinces increases gradually,20 years in various provinces and cities of single factors of energy efficiency distribution pattern change is not big,maintain a high level position,middle area efficiency improved steadily,upper and lower river basin in guizhou area has a lot to improve space,can through the government policy and industry consolidation method to improve.The second aspect takes input-output related factors into account,combines energy efficiency with environmental factors and economic factors,comprehensively analyzes and calculates energy efficiency,and analyzes the distribution of high and low values on the basis of space-time analysis.The results show that the improvement rate of comprehensive energy efficiency is different in different provinces of the Yangtze River Basin,and the center of the high value region shifts from the upper reaches to the lower reaches,and jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai have a higher influence on the surrounding areas.The third aspect analyzes the influence on the comprehensive energy efficiency of the Yangtze River Basin from seven aspects: industrial structure,human resource level,technological level,fiscal decentralization,openness to the outside world,environmental governance and energy structure.It can be seen from the calculation results of the geographic detector model that fiscal decentralization,environmental governance,technological level and industrial structure have a high degree of influence on the Yangtze River Basin,and it is necessary to adopt measures such as macrocontrol and policy influence to intervene and promote the coordinated energy distribution development in the Yangtze River Basin. |
