Study On Space Design Of City Streets And Lanes From A Bottom-up Perspective

With the development of urbanization in China,urban space construction has gradually changed from the addition of "quantity" to the renewal of old districts and streets in some cities.However,under the development of urban space stock,the form imitation and replacement methods in different places do not form the local place and the living space that meet the needs of the users.On the contrary,the bottom-up transformation carried out by the people still carries on and solves the needs of the users and the emotional belonging problem.Therefore,many spatial design problems present at the present stage deserve our reflection.The new form from the bottom up provides us with a new perspective and new ideas for urban spatial design.This article takes the urban street and lane space from bottom to top as the research object,mainly from three aspects.First,take Chongqing as the scope,combing the development and change of street and lane space from bottom to top under the background of historical development,studying the relationship between street and lane evolution and urban development(society,economy,culture and so on)from the perspective of historical development,and through the study of phenomena,the phenomenon is summed up and the mechanism behind the action is analyzed.Secondly,through the study of the space form and material selection of the back street lane from bottom to top,this kind of phenomenon is analyzed from bottom to top and street and lane characteristics.Finally,it summarizes the social impact of the bottom-up construction phenomenon,thus objectively understanding the existence value and problems of the streets and lanes,and,starting from the space practice,puts forward the inspiration and the adjustment of the design process for the space planning and design.Then,the paper forms the following important conclusions:First,through the case study and the study of the phenomenon,it is concluded that the space design of street and lane space from bottom to top has its unique folk design techniques and forms.As a result,on the one hand,it changed the space form of the street space,and formed the space form and function closer to the public with the top-down space design.On the other hand,the unique logo of the streets and lanes is formed,which strengthens the sense of identity of the street space.Second,the emergence of space design from the bottom to the top of street space has a complicated function mechanism,which is the result of social economy,culture,institution and property right.The state of existence is in the interest contention between private and public space,and maintains the stability of space order with its dynamic balance.Third,the phenomenon of bottom-up construction has a positive effect on the city space: 1,adapt to the process of city development,is conducive to the formation of more suitable for residential city space;2,to design space and space use demand has an important influence and significance;3,to reflect the spatial representation of culture and social context inheritance.On the other hand,there are also problems such as chaos in space order and so on.The correct handling of the relationship between top-down and bottom-up is an effective way to take advantage and avoid harm in the development of modern urbanization.
