| With the integration of the world economy and the adjustment of industrial structure,the proportion of traditional industries is declining.It is not only large and medium-sized enterprises that have been relocated in succession,a large number of neighborhood and collective enterprises that used to be active in Chinese cities,are disappearing,after closing,stopping,merging,transferring and shifting,leaving a large number of industrial remains in the cities.With the change of urban development from "incremental expansion" to "inventory optimization",the old city’s renewal faces great difficulties because of dense population and lack of public facilities,these industrial remains could be the "breakthrough" for urban renewal and need to be "activated" in a new realistic environment.Industrial heritage and industrial remains are already hot words at home and broad,The current domestic and foreign related research are focus on the orthodox and historic industrial heritage,but ignore the less valued and a great deal of industrial remains.Demolishing such industrial resources would be a costly undertaking because of the land use system and historical issues,so these industrial remains are preserved in the old urban areas,in inefficient use,and waiting for the right time to be reused.In addition,due to the undifferentiated study on industrial remains,it is easy to ignore the smaller parts in the old city.Those smaller,ordinary industrial remains are often easier to enter into the circulation of urban assets,and they have very high latent value and huge potential of inventory.In this context,the paper take " Small and Micro Industrial Remains " as the object of my study,it focus on the industrial remains which are small and lack of historic value.This paper elaborates the contexts and characteristics of small and micro industrial remains.Based on the investigation and research at home and broad,this paper take “Beicang in Chongqing” for example,analyze its origin,background,process and operating mechanism,and evaluate its activation degree by dynamic evaluation system.At last,summarize the design strategies of small and micro industrial remains from multi-level and multi-angle,put forward the technical dilemma and implementation suggestion.The specific research content is as follows:(1)“Origin of Research”,the first chapter.Introduces the origin of this paper from the aspects of phenomena and problems,In the current domestic urban renewal and industrial transformation background,a large number of industrial remains are retained in urban space,new problems and new phenomena have emerged,which leading to take “Small and micro industrial remains” as the research object to explore the possibility of industrial reutilization and block activation.(2)“Analysis of Concepts”,the second chapter.Defines the concept of small and micro industrial remains from three perspectives: value,scale and time.Analyze the three types of small and micro industrial remains: independent,combinational and block type,and analyze its characteristics and value,to lay the direction and foundation for the next research.(3)“Analysis of Phenomenon”,the third chapter.Based on different perspectives at home and abroad,four typical cities and four foreign countries were selected for comparative analysis.This paper summarizes the phenomena and strategies of industrial remain reuse and block activation at home and abroad.Through the domestic and foreign three kinds of small and micro industrial survival typical case study,systematically summarize different strategies and patterns.(4)“Vitality evaluation”,the fourth chapter.On the basis of summarizing the construction principles of evaluation indexes,the evaluation indexes are preliminarily determined through literature review.The method of reliability,validity,fuzzy Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process were used to evaluate index selection and weight,Finally,the evaluation method and evaluation criteria are expounded.(5)“Analysis of case ”,the fifth chapter.Take “Beicang” as a typical case,detailed analysis the project origin,occurrence process and operation mechanism.It provides support and guidance for the reuse of small and micro industrial remains and block activation.Use the evaluation system to evaluate the activation degree of "Beicang" in Chongqing,and put forward relevant optimization Suggestions.(6)“Construction of strategy ”,the sixth chapter.Based on the principle of strategic construction,summarize the key points of development and reuse for the small and micro industrial remains.Then,establish a multi-angle,multi-level design strategy system for them.Finally,the paper puts forward the technical difficulties and corresponding suggestions for the reuse of small and micro industrial remains. |
