Research On The Activation And Utilization Of Industrial Building Heritage In The Background Of Urban Renewal

The traditional residential block is a very important part of the city,its original texture has witnessed the renewal and development of a city,and has preserved the unique memory of the city.However,with the change and improvement of the needs of modern life,the functions and landscape environment of the original traditional residential blocks can no longer meet the needs of residents,and the buildings and facilities in the blocks are also contradictory between the old and the new,and the corresponding cultural and spiritual memories are gradually forgotten by future generations.Therefore,traditional residential blocks with cultural and social value are the top priority of urban renewal and reconstruction.How to design the landscape environment activation for traditional residential blocks with urban memory has become an important topic in urban renewal research.The overall idea of the research is from finding problems to analyzing problems and then solving problems.This paper is divided into seven chapters to discuss the practice and research of landscape renovation design of Jinan East Street oriented by organic renewal.The first chapter takes the urban renewal and organic renewal as the research background,selects the traditional residential block landscape as the research direction,and finally determines Jinan East Street with the modern industrial residential heritage as the research object.On this basis,conduct research on relevant literature,refine the research methods and innovations of this paper,and finally sort out a complete research framework;the second chapter analyzes and summarizes the typical landing cases of traditional residential block landscapes oriented by organic renewal,for later research.Provide practical reference;Chapter 3 begins to implement specific research on the basis of the previous theoretical basis,conducts research and finds out the specific problems of the research block;Chapter 4 proposes block building renovation,block reconstruction,and block node reconstruction And the landscape design strategy of logo renovation;Chapter Five combines the design strategy with the specific landscape renovation practice of East Street;finally,it summarizes and analyzes the inadequacies of the full text.In the context of China’s urban renewal transition from the incremental era to the stock era,this study is guided by organic renewal,eliminates large-scale demolition and construction,increases the potential of traditional blocks with urban memory,and replaces the functions of idle and abandoned industrial residential heritage.On the one hand,it improves the quality of the living environment of local residents,increases the relationship between neighbors,and meets the needs of public space;on the other hand,it restores the urban memory of the industrial heritage of Jinan National Cotton No.It is hoped that this research can provide a reference for the landscape transformation of the modern industrial residential heritage environment in urban renewal.
