| With the return of walking and cycling trips,as well as the maintenance of the design concept of all street user space rights, the restoration of a people-oriented “complete street” design is on the rise. However,in practice, especially in the face of complex realities in the old urban areas, how to balance the relationship between pedestrians and dealers, and how to adjust road rights to guide street space transformation have important practical and theoretical values. In this context, the paper takes the street space of the old city as the research object,a total of six chapters, and mainly conducts corresponding research from four aspects.First,on the basis of a large amount of literature research, the relevant concepts of street rights are discriminated, the development context of street rights and street rights at home and abroad is sorted out,and the evolution characteristics of street rights before and after the Industrial Revolution and in the post-car era are summarized. The impact of different modes of transportation on the evolution of street road rights was discovered;the traditional way of street classification was summarized, and the classification of streets from two-dimensional perspectives of traffic grades and spatial functions was determined to understand the basic features and streets of the current old city streets. The attribute characteristics of road rights, and from these two aspects, the necessity of redistribution of street space is analyzed.Secondly, the status quo of road rights in the streets of the old city is analyzed, and the practical problems faced by the old city streets in the current urban transition are pointed out,and the deeper causes behind the problems are summarized. In the case study section,a systematic analysis of the transformation of domestic and foreign old city streets was conducted from four aspects of street design concepts, redistribution of street space, humanization of street facilities, and flexible street management.Adjustment of planning strategies for enlightenment. Then,in the strategy section, the design goals and design principles are put forward for specific issues, and the street design concept of “road right return” is determined at the macro level, the mediocre level rebuilds the slow-friendly street space model, and the micro-level layout is refined.Human elements of the street facilities, the management level to build a flexible implementation of road rights control mechanism design strategy, with a view to a certain degree of guidance in practice. Finally, taking the street design of the Xinhepu historic block in Guangzhou as an example, through in-depth investigation and research, the problems existing in the distribution of road rights in the streets were discovered, and from the perspective of building a complete street, the design methods adopted to balance various modes of transportation with foreign case studies were summarized.Trying to explore effective strategies for the distribution and adjustment of middle street rights in street reconstruction in historical streets: 1)Macro level: Combining regional traffic organizations with a clear street functional orientation, building a street network with return road rights, and breaking through the current domestic red street management scope Space partitioning.2)Meso-level: To clarify the existing street sections in the neighborhood and build a model of street-based slow-moving friendship based on humanity.3)Micro-level: combing the status quo of public space resources to design humanized street facilities, elaborate bicycle path facilities and public service facilities with humanistic care.4)Management level: The clear balance of road rights is a dynamic balance within the entire transportation system.Combining the streets of the curb space, the street conditions are allocated and used according to the priority of road rights, and the dynamic control of motor vehicles is implemented during the peak period of pedestrian flow.Ultimately, the paper hopes to theoretically explore strategic planning and allocation of road rights, and implements relevant planning strategies and design techniques for the distribution and adjustment of road rights in the old streets. In order to return the rights of pedestrians and cyclists, more people are invited to return to the streets. |
