At present,with the rapid development of the new generation of information technology,such as the Internet of things,large data,artificial intelligence and so on,the transformation and upgrading from traditional manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing has become an important development trend of the current manufacturing enterprises.The assembly shop is the main part of the manufacturing process of the complex precision equipment manufacturing enterprise.In the actual production process,there are many problems,such as the time-delay of the multi source information collection,the difficult to monitor the production state,the hard tracking of the work in work and the manufacturing resources,and the difficult prewarning of the key assembly process,which seriously restricts the enterprise system.Therefore,how to use advanced information technology,manufacturing technology and management technology to improve the production efficiency,management level and comprehensive competitiveness of complex precision equipment workshop has become one of the hot issues in the research and application of the current scholars.Therefore,on the basis of the analysis of the intelligent manufacturing demand,the intelligent manufacturing mode and some key technologies of the complex precision equipment workshop are explored and studied on the basis of the characteristics of the production process of the complex precision equipment assembly workshop.First,based on the analysis of the characteristics of the complex precision equipment workshop production process and the demand for intelligent transformation,the overall framework of the intelligent manufacturing model of complex precision equipment assembly workshop,including resource layer,information perception and processing layer,information transmission layer,core functional layer and user layer,is established.Then,based on the above implementation framework,some key technologies involved are studied,including the research of an assembly process information perception method based on IPv6 information interaction device,and a framework and data flow of information perception of assembly process in assembly shop,and a research based on improved LEACH.The optimization method of wireless sensor network in general assembly shop of the protocol algorithm is used to optimize the configuration of wireless sensor network in the assembly shop.The quality loss assessment and early warning method of a complex precision equipment assembly workshop is studied,and a set of critical assembly process qualitative loss evaluation index system is established,and a study is made.A method of quality loss assessment and early warning for key assembly processes based on comprehensive fuzzy evaluation and BP neural network is presented.Finally,based on the above research content and the preliminary research foundation of the project group,a set of intelligent manufacturing support system for complex precision equipment workshop is designed and developed in combination with the actual demand of intelligent management and control in the assembly workshop of a complex precision equipment manufacturing enterprise in Chongqing,and the implementation and Application verification of the enterprise is carried out.
