Manufacturing is the basic industry of the national economy.With the development of science and technology,traditional manufacturing is developing towards intelligent manufacturing.As an important carrier of intelligent manufacturing,the main feature of the intelligent factory is the intelligentization and informationization of production management,and its core is the manufacturing execution system(MES).Traditional MES integration is relatively small,there are problems such as insufficient data processing capacity and lack of data management.It is also difficult for conventional MES systems to achieve accurate and real-time predictions of abnormal production.This paper studies the smart factory MES system and production line real-time early warning system in the context of smart manufacturing according to the actual needs of the enterprise,and realizes intelligent control of production and anticipation of production abnormalities,ensuring efficient and safe operation of the enterprise.This paper designs and develops the corresponding MES system and real-time early warning system for the rotor copper production line project of an enterprise,and realizes the integration of the MES system and early warning system.The integrated system mainly includes the design of the bottom drive,real-time monitoring and collection of production data,host computer control module,system calibration,data analysis and production line early warning module,forming a relatively complete enterprise production management system.The integration of the early warning system effectively improves the abnormal handling capability of the production line,and the recording of abnormal and early warning information provides data supports for subsequent investigation.Users can issue production instructions to the production line through the human-machine interface,and obtain real-time production data and early warning information fed back from the production line,so as to timely acquire the production status of the production line,troubleshoot abnormalities,and dispatch and maintain quickly and accurately.Through the development and actual operation of the MES system and early warning system,it not only effectively improves production efficiency and enterprise management capabilities,but also reduces the probability of sudden production safety incidents to a certain extent,and guarantees enterprise benefits.
