Research On The Planning Of Old City Renewal In Qingshui Old County Town Of Gansu Province

At present,China’s urban development has gradually entered the “stock” era from the “incremental” era led by high-speed urbanization.In the previous development process,not only has brought about significant progress in the space environment for human settlements,but also derived a number of "urban diseases" such as the lack of cultural genes,lack of spatial functions,a thousand cities and so on.This phenomenon is particularly evident in the land of the old city.For the small cities and towns in the northwestern region where the economic conditions are not yet developed,but the level of urbanization is relatively lagging,but the historical and cultural heritage is farreaching,the renewal model derived from the rapid development of the old city cannot meet its actual needs both in terms of development costs and cultural protection.Therefore,in view of the geographical features and practical difficulties of small cities and towns in underdeveloped areas in northwest China,a new planning method for developing their cultural tradition of inheritance,retaining the memory of the people,and improving land use efficiency in response to local conditions will promote the healthy development of urbanization and the environment for human settlements.The improvement of Pingzhi and the construction of a harmonious society are of great significance.This article takes the old county town of Qingshui in Gansu as the object of study.Its current characteristics are the residential area of the town center,historical and cultural areas,and the regional features show the area of the area to be rebuilt.The study first analyzes the status quo space problem and obtains the key requirements for the two major updates of function optimization and supplement and construction management and control.After that,through constructing an evaluation system,we carried out a targeted analysis of the characteristics of space value and summed up four requirements for updating the regional landscape preservation,environmental quality improvement,historical space protection,and cultural space construction that are involved in different value protection.In combination with the challenges faced by the renewal of the old city,the renewal theory was adopted to determine its updated goals.On this basis,the construction of an update method for the old county towns was started.Starting from the dilemma created by the renewal process of Qingshui County,the first step is to conduct theoretical research on the renewal of the old city,and explore the suitability updating mechanism through the theoretical analysis of the renewal of the old city led by the government,developers,and village collectives.Then,through the interpretation of the existing methods of demolition and reconstruction,updating and protection,and coordination of scenery features,an assessment system was constructed based on the current state factors of the old county,and a partition that expresses its spatial updating method was graphically expressed.Finally,in connection with the updated orientation of the old city in the old county,a three-planning method was established,including a coordination relationship between the function layout of the old county and the development of the overall space,the management and control measures of the district update,and the content of the regional feature-building guidance.Construct appropriate empirical plans for targeted planning.The study believes that: Multiple renewal mechanisms and reasonable zoning of renewal methods are effective ways to solve the dilemma of rejuvenation in old counties;traditional culture and local memory can effectively coordinate with the development of the county’s space;Reasonable updating and control measures can unify the protection of style and development;Regional style creation methods can promote effective improvement of human settlement environment and effective inheritance of cultural representation.
