The Research Of Rural Features Renovation Planning Based On Careful Renewal Principle

With the accelerated process of urbanization,the rural economy development had been driven by urban functional spillover at the same time,also suffered from environmental degradation,rural quality outflow of resources,rural hollow and other issues.China has a large population of rural areas,the state has always attached great importance to the development of rural areas,and has put forward the new rural construction and beautiful rural construction policy.All over the country have carried out the relevant practice,which is a very important content is the village style renovation.As the region of natural,social and economic environment is different,the method of rural features renovation is also very different.Therefore,how to combine the local resource conditions and the characteristics of the rural environment to improve the rural living environment for the purpose of rural features planning and design,has become an important research topic about beautiful rural construction.This paper chooses the demonstration point of science and technology support subject"The Technology Integration and Demonstration of Beautiful Rural Construction in In dustrial Upgrading Suburbs",which is the research object of Chakou Village in Fuping County,Shaanxi Province.Based on the summary of the beautiful rural style improvement model in China,Combined with the current situation of the fork in the village,put forward based on the "Careful Renewal" principle of the rural style remediation model,and its use in Chakou village planning.The research results can not only demonstrate the beautiful rural construction in the village,but also provide reference for the beautiful rural construction in the loess plateau area.Through a large number of literature reading and field research,the rural features renovation method is divided into the village mergence and the original site transformation of the two methods.The method of village mergence can improve the level of land use,improve the level of supporting facilities.But the investment is large,the construction period is long,and the regional characteristics are not obvious.The method of reconstruction in the original site has a unified management model and rural features,but the way of Large-scale demolition and construction will have a higher cost and lose the original nature.Cultural creativity villages adopt the production-village-field integration mode of construction and the combination of unified and divided mode of management.It can improve the enthusiasm of the villagers,but will make the local characteristics weak.And it is easy to be imitated.The method of repair and reproduction could retain the local traditional characteristics,and pay more attention to villagers.But it is difficult to transform and configuration.The analysis of the merits and demerits of the method is based on the research of four typical villages,including Lijiayan village(mergence method),Yuanjia village(reconstruction in the original site method),Mazui village in Tongchuan County(cultural creativity method)Type)andHaotang village in Xinyang County(repair and reproduction method).The information of the first three villages is from field research,and the information of Haotang village is from data.First,on the basis of many times,meticulous and comprehensive investigation of Chakou village,the paper analyzes the village space structure,the street style,the architecture and the present situation and the landscape style,and draws out some problems,including the village style is relatively primitive,various periods of construction coexist,the rural style features are not obvious,infrastructure is incomplete and other issues.Second,Chakou village divided into seven style areas for renovation.According to the main methods,and combined with the actual situation of Chakou village,the "Careful Renewal" principle aimed at the old city transformation is put forward to used in the rural features renovation.Finally,the paper proposes the program sub-regional,and made a detailed plan for the important node style improvement.
