Investigation Report On Fire Safety Status In Jingwei New Town Of Xi'an Economic And Technological Development Zone

In the industrial park,because of its own characteristics,there are many problems such as dangerous source,high risk of accident,wide range of influence,and the special research on fire safety is of practical significance.The research on fire safety of Jingwei Xincheng Industrial Park in Xi'an economic and technological development aims to find out the shortage of fire protection in the park,and provide a theoretical basis for improving the level of fire safety in the park.This paper mainly investigates and analyzes the fire safety level of the park from the following three aspects.1.special planning of fire protection facilities in the park;2.construction of fire protection system and facilities in the park;3.fire management system and actual operation ability of enterprises in the park and the park.Through field investigation and consulting related documents,combined with the major impact caused by fire in industrial parks at home and abroad and the development of fire fighting undertakings at home and abroad,there are a lot of fire safety problems in the Jingwei New Town Industrial Park,and the more prominent problems are the following points.1.the construction of each level of fire stations in the park is missing,the number is insufficient;the 2.parts of the enterprises are not in place in the construction of fire system and facilities.At the same time,through the professional fire simulation analysis software,three typical industrial buildings are randomly selected to carry out fire simulation analysis to verify the various types of enterprises investigated.Fire hazard of building.3.the fire management system of the enterprises in the park and the park has not been implemented,lacking professional and technical personnel,and the actual operation capability can not meet the fire requirements.Through the investigation of the situation of the current situation of the fire protection facilities in Jingwei new town,this paper proposes that,first,on the basis of full understanding of the overall planning,the comprehensive consideration of the space structure,industrial development,functional division and the established area has been taken into consideration,and a scientific and rational research on the protection and prevention facilities in the region is made.The increase of satellite fire station and micro fire station should take into account the actual situation of the current situation,but also take into account the future development needs,so that the planning is more operational.In the planning,we should scientifically implement the supporting facilities such as space layout,quantity and scale of fire facilities,and do well in the top-level design,laying the foundation for special planning.Secondly,we should strengthen the routine routine inspection of the operation of the fire system and the integrity of the facilities in the park and the park,test the old and old fire protection system and facilities,replace the old and old facilities and equipment,and urge the park and the enterprise protection channel and the fire lane to be smooth and strengthen the elimination of the fire lane.The construction of waterproof source and the integrity of fire protection facilities.Third,to strengthen the fire safety training and propaganda work,for the government managers,in the rapid economic development of Jingwei new town,the industrial development and production requirements of the park should not only be considered,but also the importance of fire safety should be realized.Through regular visits to enterprises,we can arouse the awareness of fire safety in related enterprises.This research report has a certain guiding significance to the regional disaster prevention and emergency management in Jingwei New Town Industrial Park,and provides valuable reference for the fire risk assessment,fire safety management and safety production management of industrial park.
