In recent years,with the progress and development of our country's economy and the continuous improvement of the living standards of farmers,rural construction in all regions has gradually entered a period of vigorous development.Under the trend of economic interests,the construction of the rural residential environment is often neglected,ignored,or even abandoned.This situation has led to the continuous deterioration of the living environment in rural areas,making "dirty" and "disordered" and "bad" become synonymous with the rural living environment.The residential environment of rural housing in Tianshui area started late and received less attention.In the process of development,there are many problems.On the one hand,due to changes in the production and lifestyle of farmers,the original traditional rural housing cannot adapt to the habits of modern people,resulting in Traditional farmhouses have been abandoned and destroyed.On the other hand,rural housing construction has no scientific guidance and research,and its construction often has spontaneity and blindness.Caused some farmhouses to appear functional and planar forms of contradiction,space waste,quality but customs.As an important part of the rural living environment,farmhouses are the guarantee for the peasants' lives,the necessary conditions for building a harmonious society,and the prerequisite for human progress and development.Therefore,it is very urgent and necessary to carry out research on residential living environment in rural areas of Tianshui.First,based on the investigation of Tianshui farmers' status quo,they went deep into the farmers in Jieting Village and conducted field research on the rural indoor living environment.Through on-site measurement,household observation,questionnaire survey,parameter testing,and photo-taking,etc.,the current status of the indoor living environment in rural areas of Tianshui was analyzed from the perspective of architecture,and the problem of the existing rural housing was found to be insufficient:the layout of the flat was chaotic;space utilization It is unreasonable;the envelope of traditional residential buildings is seriously damaged and the newly built houses have no insulation measures;the indoor temperature in winter is too low.Secondly,it analyzes the three aspects of the natural environment,humanities and society,and economy and technology,and analyzes the impact of these three factors on the indoor living environment of rural residential areas in Tianshui.Again,based on the analysis results of the previous section,on the premise of respecting the natural environment,we must fully consider the cultural traditions,combine the actual economic capacity of the villagers,and improve the existing building technologies,with the aim of maximizing the actual needs of the residents.Proposed the optimal design strategy for indoor living environment:establishment of orientation and optimization of courtyard layout;improvement of spatial function,improvement of space utilization and scale selection;repair of maintenance structure,increase of insulation measures and application of renewable energy.Finally,take Tianshui Street Pavilion Village street dwellings as an example,optimize the design of specific cases from the three aspects of the courtyard layout,functional space,and envelope structure,and simulate and simulate the indoor and outdoor temperature values before and after the optimization program by Ecotect.Optimize the effect.This article starts with the status quo of the living environment of Tianshui farm house,and summarizes the factors that affect the living environment of the Tianshui farmhouse;summarizes the optimization methods of the living environment in terms of the layout,space utilization,and envelope structure;and determines the optimization of the living environment of rural housing in the Tianshui area.The design of the technical route;and put forward deficiencies and outlook for the future.It will provide a reference for the development of the residential environment in rural residential areas in China.
