Study On The Design And Constructi On Strategy Of Rural Residential Building In Handan Plain Area

In recent years,and all aspects of the country have carried out beautiful rural construction.The goal of rural construction is to improve the rural living environment.Due to the excessive government intervention,rural housing is often built.From the peasant's own point of view,the level of construction of the farm house is one of the symbols of identity and wealth,so in rural areas people often spend money first to build a house.However,in this only focus on identity and rapid development of the premise,due to the lack of long-term vision and co-ordination arrangements,the construction of the farm house has no geographical characteristics,in the pursuit of material vulgar trend gradually lost national cultural connotation.The new rural housing should be a new display space for modern residential culture and agricultural culture.So now it is imperative to study how to transform and show the traditional elements in modern architectural language,and then explore a set of traditional folk culture,The actual needs of the farm house design concept.Based on the investigation of some rural areas in Handan Plain in Hebei Province,this paper chooses the rural housing in Linzhang County of Handan City as the research object,and summarizes the inspiration of the case development to the design of the farm house.Through the investigation and analysis of the status quo of the county farm house,this paper analyzes the current situation of the local farm house from the aspects of the construction of modern farm house and the characteristics of the traditional houses,and points out the existing problems.To explore the characteristics of the local dwelling,to explore and analyze the living form and unique architectural characteristics of the farm house,and then to further analyze the spatial pattern,functional layout,shape characteristics,construction technology and so on,from the macro and micro on the local farmers House design status was studied.Based on the present situation of the development of rural housing in Linzhang County,this paper explores the design and construction strategy of the agricultural house in the light of the advanced experience of the development of the local architecture at home and abroad,and puts forward the architectural design concept and construction mode of the county farm house.It is of great theoretical significance to comprehensively improve the living quality of rural house in Handan plain area,which has important theoretical and practical significance.It has certainpractical significance to inherit the characteristics of local houses and guide the rational development of rural construction.
