Study On The Revitalization Planning And Design Of The Landscape Of Xi'an Historical And Cultural District

With the rise of globalization,a variety of urban culture has gradually formed a trend of development,these urban cultures also actively joined the world stage to seek recognition.Some scholars believe that the main way to transform the historical district is to protect and utilize the historical and cultural heritage reasonably.At present,the commercial development in accordance with local conditions is favored in several common practices.There are also scholars who believe that only by preserving the characteristics,structure and layout of the block can the block be better protected,and through proper renewal and transformation,the internal structure of the building can be created to meet the needs of modern life,and the architectural appearance will be preserved.So that the external culture of the block can be preserved,and ultimately achieve the goal of inheriting the internal culture.In the historical and cultural blocks for the development of business,some new industrial models will gradually be incorporated,which will focus on creative services,commercial needs and cultural and entertainment facilities,and will also give rise to other services.Through reading a large number of papers and books,this paper makes a preliminary idea for the protection of historical blocks.The field investigation of Beijing Da fence,the Southern Song Royal Street in Hangzhou and the Kuan Alley and Zhai Alley in Chengdu has been carried out.The reconstruction cases of the three street area can be used for reference.The location of the big fence is the historical and cultural commercial pedestrian street in old Beijing,and the renovation and renewal of thehistorical and cultural elements In the design of landscape sketches,the Southern Song imperial Street leads the water into the street,using the means of ecological design,the spatial variety is varied,the spirit of the block is full of vitality,the interest is full,the Southern Song royal street plays leisure and recreation;the space experience of the Kuan Alley and Zhai Alley is rich and the format is comprehensive.The three alley has its own special colors,delicate details and considerable scenery everywhere.For the landscape design of Shuncheng Lane in Xi'an,the author first makes a preliminary survey on the cultural perception and spatial needs of the street users on Shuncheng Lane by means of questionnaire and random interviews,and then combines the aesthetic principles and design techniques of landscape design.The landscape design of Shuncheng Lane is studied.It is hoped that the design can give full play to the advantages of the block itself,stimulate the internal motive force,revive the vitality of the block,and be recognized by the residents.I hope the results of this study can play a positive role in the inheritance of historical and cultural blocks today.
