Endowment is an era proposition.China has become one of the most senior citizens in the world,as well as one of the countries with the fastest aging population.By the end of 2015,China will have 222 million people aged 60 and above,accounting for 16 percent of the total population.Among them,the total number of people in our country who are disabled or semi-disabled will reach 406.3 million,accounting for 18.3% of the population.By the middle of this century,China’s aging population is expected to be close to 500 million.Pension has become one of the most important problems in society.In towns and villages,old people are living in their own way.This is the present of our fathers,and most likely future of our own.The "silver wave" is coming,impacting China’s society,culture,economy,politics and so on.The rapid development of population aging will not only bring new development opportunities to economic and social development,but also bring many major challenges.If the response is inappropriate,it could lead to serious social problems.The aging problem affects the nerves of every family.At present,the development of China’s old-age service industry is far from keeping pace with the aging of the population,and there are many problems with the new situation and new demands.The ancients said:” Expand the respect of the aged in one’s family to that of other families;expand the love of the young ones in one’s family to that of other families”,but we are not enough in "the old man".For the current situation of China’s old-age service industry,the biggest problem is that the aggregate supply is insufficient and the existing structure is unreasonable.Under the background of economic development and the state policy release,the elderly have strong appetite to improve living quality and have high demands of medical care rehabilitation;these have brought some pressure and challenges to social pension institutions and medical service institutions and even the government.Whether home care,community care or institution care,the elderly hope to be able to receive continuous and comprehensive medical care services.Under the premise of maintaining the consciousness and dignity of the subject,the elderly live a healthy life in a positive way.Therefore,how to achieve the "Elderly will be looked after properly;Elderly will be medical properly." has become the focus of the whole society,which is also an important issue related to the national economy and people’s livelihood and social stability.The pension model of "integrated medical and care" enables medical institutions and pension institutions to realize cross-border cooperation and integration.On the basis of elderly life care,spiritual consolation and psychological counseling,aided with diseases treatment and nursing,rehabilitation,hospice care and other related services.Thus,the contradiction between the supply and demand of medical treatment and long-term care in the elderly,which due to traditional model of “medical and care are separated”,is solved.It will become a new model of old-age service.This topic is based on the current situation of population aging in China,based on the national pension policy issued in recent years,through the analysis of the current situation of China’s pension institutions and medical institutions,the operation characteristics of different kinds of pension modes are neglected,and the technical guidance of our country in the design of the endowment architecture is summarized.According to physiological changes,the discussion and analyzes the technical architecture of the pension model of "integrated medical and care" for different elderly people,the technical route of “integrated medical and care" is constructed from the perspective of architecture.The function constitution,operation mode,design strategy and design principle of “integrated medical and care “type of nursing home is proposed.In this paper,the author firstly studies the current situation system of “integrated medical and care” at home and abroad,and summarizes the various types of old-age building based on the development of medical care.Based on the status of China’s old-age care and the classification of the old-age buildings,the construction types with the characteristics of medical care are extracted and classified according to the operation mode.In addition,field research is conducted to summarize the shortcomings and design implications through the analysis of cases and horizontal comparison.And then learn from domestic and foreign outstanding case reflected design gimmick,to medical keep combining the architectural design of endowment facilities,given " integrated medical and care " mode pension architectural design proposal.
