China's solar energy resources are abundant,and the annual sunshine hours in areas above 2/3 are over 2000 hours.The energy consumption per capita and the energy consumption per unit area of the students are higher than that of the country and the energy consumption per unit area of the country.In addition,the volume ratio of buildings in universities is small,and the shelter between buildings is small,which is conducive to the integrated design of solar buildings.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the application of solar energy technology in the construction of colleges and universities.The school district of Xi'an University Of Architecture And Technology is a new campus.In order to meet the needs of 30 thousand teachers and students for water and electricity use,the solar photoelectricity optoelectronic technology is applied to the construction of campus.This paper mainly studies the application of solar photothermal and photoelectric technology in the cottage campus.Based on the monitoring data of the monitoring platform in July-2017 in July 2016,the heat efficiency and guarantee rate of the solar hot water system are calculated,and the heat efficiency curve of the solar hot water system and the annual average guarantee rate of solar energy are obtained.The annual average hot water supply of the solar collector system in Nanshan academy is 97m3,the average temperature is 39.8 degrees C,the average annual water consumption of the bathhouse is 59m3,and the annual average sola r energy guarantee rate is 0.56.The theoretical value of solar energy guarantee rate of Nanshan academy and purple Pavilion academy solar water heating system is calculated.It is concluded that purple Ge academy is 0.52 and Nanshan academy is 0.51.The economic and energy saving benefits of the solar hot water system in Nanshan academy are analyzed.The ratio of the difference cost of the hot water system is 1.96,the period of the difference recovery is 6.89 years,the annual energy is 3980451.84 MJ,and the carbon dioxide emission reduction is 3772.12 tons in the system life cycle.The capacity of the solar photovoltaic power generation system is counted,and the output of the photovoltaic power generation system is 166283.97 kwh in April 2017-2018,and the economic benefit of the photovoltaic power generation system is 169609.65 yuan.The total generating capacity within 25 of the solar photovoltaic power generation system is 4 million 550 thousand and 400 kwh,the net present value is 2 million 519 thou sand and 500 and the difference cost ratio is 1.81,indicating that the income of the project is greater than the investment cost.The difference recovery period is 7.76 years.The optimization research and design of solar hot water system and photovoltaic power generation system are carried out from three aspects of design,equipment and later operation.The solar collector of Nanshan academy is optimized according to the best angle of inclination,and the purple pavilion's Academy adopts the south slope to arrange the heat collector according to the best inclination angle,and the scheme of maintaining the current situation of the west slope is excellent.In terms of equipment,the selection of heat collector and inverter is suitable for this project;in the later stage of operation,the energy saving effect is achieved through delayed water release time.
