The construction of urban rail transit can effectively alleviate urban traffic congestion and improve the urban living environment.It is an inevitable requirement for building a “two-type” society and promoting the sustainable development of the city.The layout of the network is one of the urban rail transit network planning work.This important work has many influencing factors and is a complex system problem.How to do a good job in the layout of the urban rail transit network and scientifically and effectively evaluate the layout of the network so that the sustainable and healthy development of the urban rail transit can be solved urgently.This paper analyzes the basic form of the layout of the line network and the appropriate form of the line network layout,improves the calculation method of the existing line network size,improves the line network layout method of the analytic hierarchy process,and establishes the evaluation index system of the line network layout,constructs the evaluation model..The main research content includes the following points:(1)Urban rail transit network layout.This paper summarizes the basic form of the layout of the network based on graph theory to construct its corresponding network topology structure diagram,analyze its network topology structure characteristics,determine the ideal line network morphology type under different number of lines,and then analyze and different The urban city spatial pattern is suitable for the shape of the line network structure;then the factors affecting the scale of the line network are analyzed,the regional economic capacity is taken into account,and the Delphi method-based line network layout scale calculation method is proposed;finally,the original line network layout method is discussed.Insufficient,the use of traffic location theory to determine the research area of important nodes,the establishment of node importance and classification calculation model,get the control node of the layout of thenetwork,to achieve the quantification of the control node selection,optimization of the original analysis network layout method.(2)Construction of evaluation index system for network layout plan.Based on the principle of selection of evaluation indicators and based on the idea of "sustainable and healthy development of urban rail transit," we have constructed eight criteria layers for transportation effectiveness evaluation and sustainable development evaluation and multi-level and multi-targets for 22 index layers.Evaluation System.(3)The establishment of a layout plan evaluation model.According to the attribute characteristics of each index in the evaluation index system,a weighted PCA(principal component analysis)-TOPSIS traffic benefit evaluation model of deterministic attributes was established,and the comprehensive weighting decision matrix was reduced,so that the index data was not correlated and the model function processing was improved.Efficiency;establishes a system-level sustainable development evaluation model that transitions from the indicator level to the system level,and then rises from the indicator level to the overall level;and finally uses a weighted sum to determine a comprehensive evaluation method for the wire layout scheme.(4)Case Analysis.This paper takes Yinchuan City as an actual case,applies the above research methods and models to the layout of the city's network,and compares it with the actual network layout,and evaluates and compares existing pre-selected network layout plans.The results verify that the method and model are reasonable and effective.The network layout and program evaluation research methods established in this paper comprehensively consider various factors in the layout of the line network,improve the research content of the existing line network layout,and provide a new planning perspective and scientific basis for urban rail transit workers.It has important theoretical significance and reference value for the planning work of the early period of urban rail transit.
