With the rapid development of China's economy,the level of urbanization in China has been continuously improved,and the urban agglomeration has gradually play an important role for urbanization.It is the fundamental way to solve the traffic problem of urban agglomeration,and it is also the inevitable result of the urban agglomeration process,giving priority to the development of urban public transport system with rail transit as the backbone.At the same time,as an important infrastructure construction in the urban agglomeration,rail transit transportation provides the equal rights of traffic and the right to use rail transit resources for majority of people,it reflects the social fairness and justice.Therefore,it is not only related to the service level of the rail transit system,but also to the development level of the urban agglomeration,which is a scientific and reasonable evaluation system of the urban agglomeration rail transit.How to make a scientific and reasonable evaluation of the urban agglomeration rail transit network,it is very important to select the optimal decision method.In this paper,Wuhan city circle rail transit network as the research object,The ArcGIS software was used to Wuhan city circle rail transit network evaluation research work,the main research work as follows:(1)This paper ananlyzes the relationship between urban rail transit network and urban area space utilization,land use and rail transit and location.Research on traditional evaluation theory and method of urban rail transit network and the theory of GIS application.The advantages and disadvantages of the current common evaluation methods are analyzed respectively.The evaluation model which was based on GIS technology is also studied.Proposed a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of hierarchical-entropy which was based on ArcGIS.(2)Research on the basic requirement of database which was built in the ArcGIS as well as the frame structure of rail transit network database was studied on.The basic database of the urban rail transit network are built by using ArcGIS software.The basic data that was collected was stored by the standard in ArcGIS,and at any time according to changes in geographic information and update the database.(3)This paper analyzes the evaluation index system of the main urban rail transit network at home and abroad,and studies the evaluation index type of the network.Under the guidance of the selection principle and method of the evaluation index,based on the characteristics of Wuhan city circle,the evaluation index system of Wuhan urban rail transit are established as well as Wuhan city circle inter-city railway.Researched on the main distribution points of the distribution network,the density of the central area network,the integrated density of the network area,the number of transfer nodes,the network area index,the number of great passenger flow points,the network load intensity and the nonuniformity coefficient of the traffic cross section calculation and analyze these index values through the ArcGIS software accurately,quickly and quickly.(4)The gray fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on GIS is used to analyze the three kinds of network planning schemes of Wuhan rail transit and the three kinds of network planning schemes of Wuhan city intercity railway,The weights of each index are calculated by MATLAB,and the comprehensive weight of each scheme is obtained,and then the optimal scheme is obtained,which provides the decision basis for the planning department.
