The concept of continuous development has been recognized by all countries and regions in the world.Under the new condition of China,the continuous development in assembly architecture industry is more and more important.Evaluation of prefabricated construction will play a crucial role in the road of sustainable development.This paper is taking Hengsheng building as an example,established the index of the sustainable development evaluation of the assembly building.Based on the index of sustainability of the building performance,the sustainability index of operation and maintenance,the index of material cost sustainability,the sustainability index of energy consumption,the index of the sustainability of the environmental quality,and the grey analytic hierarchy process are established.Evaluation of power function model,obtains the glorious building sustainability assessment conclusion.Through a case study,it is shown that the evaluation results and the index system can be used to describe the sustainability of Hengsheng building by combining qualitative and quantitative methods.Through the study of the above content,it is found that the sustainable development level of the assembly architecture of Hengsheng building is good as a whole,and there are still some problems in the operation and maintenance,hoping to be improved in the future.This research can ultimately provide a positive reference valueand significance for the sustainable development of domestic fabricated buildings.
