With the gradual unfolding of the protection of historical and cultural cities in my country,the protection of historical buildings has received more attention.At present,the protection and reuse model with consumer culture as the mainstream has been more questioned,such as excessive commercial development leading to the lack of authenticity of historical buildings,and forced removal of original residents to "hollow out" blocks.The key to solving this problem is to build a comprehensive evaluation system with value evaluation as the core and sustainable development as the goal,and to choose an appropriate reuse model according to the value characteristics of historical buildings,so that the protection and renewal of historical buildings can be more clarified and Organize.In the context of Qingdao’s urban renewal,the courtyard buildings cannot meet the needs of modern society.They were not properly protected and reused and were demolished by violence on a large scale.With the goal of sustainable development,this article analyzes the value elements of courtyard buildings,corrects some misunderstandings in their value perception,reconstructs the complete value spectrum,and seeks to provide protection and reuse of courtyard buildings.This article takes the courtyard buildings in Dabao Island area as the research object,constructs the courtyard building value evaluation system with the goal of sustainable development,and selects the protection and reuse mode by analyzing the value evaluation results to help its value realization.The research content of this article mainly consists of four parts: First,it sorts out and analyzes the value evaluation of historical buildings at home and abroad,the related theories of protection and reuse,and related good practice cases,and extracts the value elements and reuse modes applicable to courtyard buildings..Second,in the case of field investigation,literature research and expert consultation on the status quo of the courtyard building,construct a value evaluation system for the courtyard building with the goal of sustainable development,and propose the preliminary investigation and evaluation method of the courtyard building status and reuse tracking The evaluation method is to conduct dynamic follow-up evaluation during the whole process of the protection and reuse of the courtyard building to form a closed feedback mechanism.The construction of the evaluation system determines the evaluation indicators through field investigation,reading of a large number of documents,expert consultation,etc.,and uses the Delphi method and the analytic hierarchy process to obtain the weight of the indicators.Thirdly,the three comparative courtyard buildings in the Dabao Island area are used to carry out real-life discussions,to conduct empirical research on their status quo and value evaluation,and to introduce the membership theory and fuzzy evaluation methods in fuzzy mathematics to carry out the fuzzy value Appraisal,the current situation of the building value of the three courtyards is obtained,and the value evaluation results of the three courtyard buildings are compared and analyzed.Fourth,according to the established courtyard building reuse tracking evaluation process,this paper conducts the reuse tracking evaluation of the two courtyard buildings that have been reconstructed and reused,and compares and analyzes their reuse effects,and concludes that there are courtyard buildings protected and re-used.Advantages and disadvantages of the profit model.Combining the results of value evaluation and reuse tracking evaluation,a dynamic protection and reuse mode system of "value evaluation-reuse mode selection-reuse-reuse tracking evaluation" for courtyard buildings is proposed.Carry out the reuse plan design practice and reuse tracking simulation evaluation for the courtyard that has been evaluated for its current status and value.This article proposes a new model of courtyard building protection and reuse with evaluation as an intermediary,trying to realize the connection between courtyard building protection theory and practice from the internal mechanism level,and provide detailed,reliable qualitative and quantitative data for the government and enterprises to make decisions on urban renewal.Provide new ideas for solving the problems of related system construction,design planning,and feedback after use in the protection and utilization of courtyard buildings.
