In the 21 st century,with the rapid development of new technologies such as electronic technologies and artificial intelligence technologies,manufacturing industries are facing severe challenges under the impact of the huge wave of new technological revolutions.In the process of continuous in-depth industrial informatization of manufacturing companies in China,different intelligent equipments will be introduced.However,these equipments have different communication mechanisms,which results in the inability of the underlying equipment data to smoothly access the enterprise information management system.Smart devices became the problem of "information isolated islands" in the workshop.The intelligent manufacturing execution system studied in this paper is based on the analysis of a digital production workshop of an auto parts manufacturing company.Through the integration of different digital smart devices involved in the workshop production line,the data in the production process of the workshop is efficiently collected and based on Dynamic shop floor scheduling management of real-time production data in the workshop.It can enable enterprises to increase production efficiency,reduce manufacturing costs,open up information islands,and truly realize data-driven decision-making.Truly integrate intelligent manufacturing into the production system and enhance the core competitiveness of the company.As a vanguard of the auto parts manufacturing industry and a demonstration of smart manufacturing,it outlines a beautiful blueprint for the development of China's auto parts manufacturing industry toward “Made in China 2025”.This paper proposes a production system architecture based on discrete digital intelligent workshops for the needs of intelligent equipment integration in auto parts production workshops.Through computer network technology and digital management technology,a discrete workshop intelligent manufacturing execution management system based on C/S architecture and OPC technology standards was designed and developed.Analyzed the data collection,industrial network communication,processing unit model and processing unit motion sequence coding and decoding involved in plant level equipment networking,and established the bottom floor plant level data aggregation scheme;The application of OPC technology in automotive parts production workshop was studied.The exchange pattern of OPC data and underlying equipment data was designed.The communication mechanism between intelligent manufacturing execution system and underlying heterogeneous devices was established.Using the time-sensitive,accurate and reliable workshop production data collected in the intelligent manufacturing execution system,the solution to the problem of the job-shop scheduling problem(JSP)of the genetic algorithm is improved.And simulated by MATLAB for the core genetic algorithm;and tested the use of intelligent manufacturing execution system in the actual production.The simulation results show that the improved genetic algorithm based on real-time data for solving the job scheduling problem is feasible and feasible.The simulation results show that the improved genetic algorithm based on real-time data for solving the job scheduling problem is feasible and feasible.
