Research On The Protection And Renewal Of Historical District Of Iron City In Zhongshan Under The Angle Of Community Construction

The historical and cultural heritage in the city is an important “witness” of traditional culture.Under the background of firm cultural confidence in the new era,its protection and renewal will help promote the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation.The historical block,as a concept of the meso-concept of the heritage protection system,has its contiguous historical information that better reflects the characteristics and style of the city,and is more regionally identifiable and attracts attention.However,in reality,the demand for urban expansion has made the historical districts face crises and the whole world has been viewed.“Community construction” seems to have emerged from the “sunshine avenue” of the rejuvenation of historic districts.This has given us new thinking.In 2011,Zhongshan City was awarded the title of National Historical and Cultural City.This is the result of Zhongshan City's great attention to historical and cultural heritage protection over the years.This paper takes this kind of regional historical district as an example.Based on the perspective of autonomous community building,the “iron city historic district” in Zhongshan is selected as the research object,through community research,historical deduction,comparative learning,and other research methods and fields.In-depth investigations have systematically studied the cultural features and regional composition of the historical district of Iron City,and explored the feasibility of its protection and renewal.First of all,proceeding from the natural geographical environment and humanities and historical background,the general overview and characteristics of the historical district of the iron city,as well as the development and evolution process,and the resulting immigration culture,overseas Chinese culture,business culture and folk culture were carried out.In-depth analysis.Subsequently,he studied the types,distribution,material characteristics,organization rules,and invisible logic of the Xiangshan cultural space carrier formed on the basis of the representation of multi-cultural fusion.Through the successful practice analysis of the communities in Japan and Taiwan,he conducted community participation and characteristics.Three aspects of development and comprehensive management are used to draw lessons from considerations.From the analysis of the necessity and feasibility of community construction perspective selection,it is believed that the introduction of ideological,cultural,and material forms has already met the conditions.From the perspective of time and space related to the construction factors related to Japan's "Make-machining Movement",it is found that community building in the historical district of the Iron City still has the predicament of fragmented construction elements,weakened participation ability,and degenerate system and consciousness.Then put forward the pertinent construction strategies for the protection and development of historical districts in Iron City from the perspective of community building,advocates guiding positive community participation behaviors and constructing reasonable community participation mechanisms to solve the problems of protection and renewal of dynamic mechanisms,and explore the design of community building strategies.Practical application methods.Finally,to study and consolidate the working methods for the protection and renewal of regional historic districts and propose a new perspective on recognizing and considering the relevance of the development of historical culture,which will contribute to the prosperity and development of Xiangshan culture.
