Research On Landscape Protection And Renewal Methods Of Jinan Historic Districts

Historical block is an indispensable material carrier of urban context,which records the trace of urban historical changes in detail.With the development of modernization in China,many cities have no more prominent cultural characteristics.So it is very urgent and important to explore a method which can promote the development of urban human landscape,especially the historical block.The research site of this paper is Bai Hua Zhou District of Jinan City,which is located in the core of the old urban area of Jinan City,and is located in the combination of "one city,mountains and half city lake" in the combination of "Lake" and "mountain",with superior geographical location.In recent years,the rapid development of tourism has brought great pressure to the landscape of Bai Hua Zhou district.It is urgent to protect and update the landscape in Bai Hua Zhou district.Based on the study of relevant theories,this paper analyzes the excellent cases at home and abroad,and summarizes the principles of the protection and renewal of historical blocks,namely integrity,authenticity,continuity and public participation,as the guidance of the protection and renewal methods below.This paper constructs the landscape evaluation system of historical blocks,combines the basic characteristics of historical blocks,landscape elements and evaluation factors in relevant literature,constructs the landscape evaluation system of historical blocks with tourism development,functional facilities,landscape environment,architectural environment and people's feelings as the core indicators,and applies the evaluation system to Bai Hua Zhou historical block in Jinan City in the form of public questionnaire The landscape of Bai Hua Zhou historical district in Jinan City is evaluated objectively,and then the qualitative results are converted into quantitative data by SD semantic method for analysis.The results show that the landscape characteristics of each block can be reflected through the landscape evaluation indicators,which shows that the evaluation system constructed in this study performs well in reliability and objectivity.Based on the research results of landscape evaluation and the existing problems,such as the lack of municipal facilities,the lack of plant landscape,less leisure space and so on,this paper puts forward the optimization methods and Strategies of landscape protection and renewal in Bai Hua Zhou District of Jinan City,in order to protect the historical district as a whole,reflect the humanistic care,and gradually update the historical district landscape,so as to effectively promote the development of Jinan City The sustainable development of the city's historic district.
