Nowadays,people rely more and more on electric energy,which puts forward higher requirements for the stability of power supply.Batteries are used as the backup power of the system,whether in the mobile communication base station or in the new energy generation system.When the power system fails,the battery is able to convert the chemical energy inside the battery into electrical energy for the normal operation of the electronic device.Their stability directly affects the normal operation of the system,so it is particularly important to monitor the performance parameters and evaluate the health status of the battery.Energy storage equipment provides electric energy for some large equipment,the number of batteries is less than hundreds,more than thousands,the monitoring of battery performance parameters and battery health evaluation has been an important topic at home and abroad.In this paper,the energy storage system in the wind and wind complementary power generation system is taken as the research object,and the STM32F103 series single chip microcomputer is used as the control core.Through some peripheral circuits,the charge and discharge control of lead-acid battery and wireless monitoring of performance parameters are realized.The main modules are: power module,control module,data acquisition module NRF24L01+wireless transmission module and receiving module,the main modules are: power module,control module,data acquisition module,NRF24L01+ wireless transmission module and receiving module.Host computer.For battery data acquisition,the main parameters involved are: battery charge and discharge current,voltage,temperature,internal resistance and charge state,a large number of experiments show that these parameters will directly affect the battery health.On the basis of analyzing the existing monitoring instruments and aiming at its shortcomings,the device designed in this paper can accurately measure the performance parameters of the battery and upload thedata to the PC through radio frequency chip.Through the analysis of the performance parameters,the health status of the battery is evaluated online,and the problems are detected and replaced as early as possible,thus reducing the unnecessary loss.Battery wireless monitoring system as an intelligent monitoring equipment,can effectively monitor the battery in real time,in the shortest time to find the problem battery,saving manpower and material resources.The monitoring interface of the upper computer designed by the virtual instrument can intuitively analyze the battery performance parameters.The practical results show that the system designed in this paper can meet the requirements of the design well and has certain practicality.
