Under the support of a series of policies,Chinese assembly building has entered an unprecedented period of development.With the accelerating process of urbanization in China,commonly used cement,sand,blocks,wood,steel and other building materials can no longer meet all types of Architectural styles,concepts,and multifarious needs of housing such as energy conservation and environmental protection,and comprehensive utilization of resources.In order to meet the diversified needs of the construction market,integrated aluminum alloy structural housing emerged as the time requires,whose main building material is aluminum alloy.Aluminum alloy is an environmentally friendly material that meets the concept of Green Building in China.It has many advantages such as light weight,corrosion resistance,and easy processing.In addition,the application of aluminum alloy in house construction can also ease the current overcapacity of domestic aluminum materials.At present,there is no applicable acceptance specification for integrated domestic production in such similar projects manufactured in factories and related researches at home or abroad are relatively rare.Under the context of the preparation of the national construction industry product standard "prefabricated aluminum alloy low-rise housing and mobile housing technical standards",this paper developed research on integrated aluminum alloy structure housing.The main research content is as follows:(1)The definition and classification of integrated aluminum alloy structural houses were explored,and three construction modes were introduced.Explore the acceptance procedure of integrated housing as a product.(2)The type test of the full-scale model of the integrated aluminum alloy structure house was designed and carried out with manufacturer,including the beam deformation test,the in-plane deformation test of the wall plate,and the wind pressure resistance test,which can be regard as the basis for the preparation of the “Standard” and laying the foundation for following calculation and analysis.(3)The initial rotational stiffness of the semi-rigid beam-column joint can be obtained by finite element simulation.The stiffness of the beam-column joint was input in the overall calculation model of the aluminum alloy house frame to compare with the text result.and then the influence of the stiffness value of the beam-column joint on the internal force and displacement of the aluminum alloy frame was studied.(4)Use ABAQUS to establish two types of aluminum alloy wall plate finite element model,according to the damage of self-tapping screws occurring in the test,analyze the stress of different positions of self-tapping screws,verify the feasibility of the on-site reinforcement method,and then propose a more economical as well as reasonable improvement program.(5)Establish the finite element model of pull-out connection for self-tapping screw.Analyze the influence on the model's pull-out capacity with the diameter of screw and thickness of plate changing,and obtain the most reasonable ratio of the angle aluminum's thickness to the self-tapping screw's diameter,which may provide a reference for the design of similar integrated houses.
