Study On The Influence Of The Construction Of Provincial Highway On The Regional Economic And Social Development

With the rapid development of regional economy,the status of transportation in regional economic development is increasingly prominent.As an important part of transportation industry,provincial roads play a very important role in promoting the growth of regional economy.The development of provincial roads not only has a direct impact on the transportation itself,such as shortening mileage,driving the formation and development of the integrated transport system,but also indirectly affecting the development of other related industries along the route.And then promote the development of regional economy.The construction of provincial roads brings great challenges as well as opportunities for regional economic development.Therefore,it is of great significance to scientifically analyze the influence of the development of national provincial roads on the regional economy,to promote the rapid and healthy development of national provincial highways and to promote the sustainable development of regional economic and social development.Based on the basic theory of national provincial road and regional economic and social development,this paper first analyzes the influence mechanism of the development of national provincial road on regional economy,and then systematically and comprehensively analysis of the impact of provincial highway construction on regional economic and social development from the angles of driving the formation and development of comprehensive transportation system,supporting regional economic development and promoting social progress and so on.By using the theory and method of system dynamics,this paper studies and constructs the system dynamics model of the influence of the construction of the national provincial highway on the regional economic development,and measures quantitatively the influence of the construction of the provincial highway in Guangdong Province on the main indexes of the economic development,evaluates the pulling effect of provincial highway construction on regional economy in Guangdong Province,and forecasts the influence of investment construction on regional economy during the 13 th Five-Year Plan period.Finally,the paper makes a decision-making analysis on the influence of the investment scale of Guangdong province on the regional economy.Based on the input-output method,a test model of the scale benefit of provincial investment is established,and an empirical analysis is made with Guangdong Province as an example.A new inverse DEA method is used to obtain a scientific and sustainable national provincial road investment scheme from three different perspectives: nature,planning and optimization.Through the research of this paper,we can quantitatively measure the influence of the national provincial highway construction on the main indicators of regional economic development,scientifically predict the investment scale of the future provincial highway construction,and effectively promote the coordinated development of the national provincial highway and the regional economy.It provides a theoretical basis for the decision-makers to formulate a scientific and sustainable national provincial road development strategy.
