Nowadays,Word economics development bring the new opportunity and challenge for the enterprise,new customer of the market not only focusing on goods quality but also pay interesting in parts cost,high quality and cheaper price parts win the market.Milwaukee Company is a manufacturing leader for power tools,and Milwaukee tools demands increase brings the motor volume growth.In order to catch up the market changing,provide what the customer needs,leans manufacturing is very important for Mil Company as well as Mil motor line.The paper focusing solving a real issue of motor assembly line based on lean manufacturing concepts;try to use the lean production knowledge to fix up Mil brushless motor process issue,such as BL70 stator fusing issue and productivities low issue.The paper focusing on data analysis and drive improvement,via study motor process and based on lean manufacturing theory to reduce motor manufacturing cost and reduce motor production line change over time to eliminate all waste.The paper main talk about four agenda,the first one is motor manufacturing process improvement,the second topic is motor line automation improvement,the third topics is motor line layout improvement,finally the paper proposal how to do 5S improvement and on site management for Mil motor line.With all improvement action done we can see clear motor production line productivities improvement and scrape cost reduction and line change over time shorten.Based on this study,lean manufacturing is proved is a scientific?efficiency and correct method to do production improvement,and we hope the study result and method is useful for other manufacturing enterprises,especially for motor building.Hope all factories can be benefit from lean manufacturing theory and application method.
