Under the current high-speed economic development,consumers have diversified demand for products,which brings about rapid development of the domestic appliance industry.The manufacturing industry ushered in huge risks and opportunities.The traditional manufacturing and assembly methods of the domestic appliance manufacturing industry are transformed into new ones.Production and assembly methods are major changes to society.This research is to investigate the assembly mode of H company.It is found that the cause of low productivity and serious waste is unbalanced assembly line.The traditional chaotic assembly process has not reached the lean production,so it is necessary to optimize the assembly process gradually and integrate the lean production idea into the assembly line to solve the redundancy of the assembly line.Through literature review,we get some theories such as lean production management,line balancing and so on.Through field research,lean production is deeply studied.Through investigation,we know that the market supply of products can't meet the market demand.Therefore,this research applies the method of industrial engineering to analyze and improve seventeen working positions in the assembly process of H company water heater,and design a scientific scheme to improve.This study is mainly to optimize the "bottleneck" position through the analysis of the dynamic element analysis,the two hand operation analysis and the process program analysis.The model method is used to determine the standard time of each process.Under the lean production management,the partial improvement of IE technology can improve the assembly line balancing rate to a certain extent.In order to further improve the balance rate,a mathematical model is used to establish a linear programming model.The overall optimal solution is obtained through the Lingo software,and the balance rate of the assembly line is obviously improved.The paper combined the lean production management idea with the planning model to significantly increase the balance rate and production efficiency.This research takes the assembly line of H's water heater as an example to optimiz.
