Research On Urban Planning Management Strategy On Space Production Of Industrial Park In Yizhuang Development Zone

As unique industrial land use in Yizhuang,industrial parks were facing multiple contradictions between the process of space production and the current situation of urban planning management.Coping with the demand of space reproduction during the process of transformation,it was important to study effective urban planning management strategies of space and institution.In short,this paper was aiming at studying the ‘space reproduction' of ‘Pseudo' production space.Firstly,this paper summarized the domestic and foreign theories,reviewed the present situation,the basic characteristics and the development trend,especially focused on industrial estate.This paper introduced the theory of Space Production,and discussed its special value in both theoretical and practical aspects.Secondly,this paper evaluated the industrial land uses,further analyzed the current situation,stage characteristics and value contribution of these ‘Pseudo' production spaces,then put forward multiple contradictions existed between the space production of industrial park and the current urban planning management systems in term of land use,function,spatial as well as images.Thirdly,this paper analyzed the transformation and development needs of industrial parks driven by internal and external forces,especially the need of reproduction of space,then put forward the contradictions between the space reproduction and current urban planning management systems.This paper chose Kang Sheng Industrial Park as a typical case to conduct further analysis.Finally,combining the transformation and upgrade of the starting area of development zone,it combs the relevant policy published by different levels,as well as the experiences for the transformation and development of industrial parks in advanced areas,put forward the strategies to promote the urban planning management strategies of both spatial guidance and system leading.
