| The rectangular forming shoulder is a key component of the VVFS packaging machine for packaging bags.Becausing of its complex shape,its machining accuracy has a huge influence on the form of the packaging bags.But the current processing technology is difficult to achieve the high-quality and accurate forming and the manufacture processing is complex.In order to realize the precise manufacturing of the rectangular forming shoulder,the systematic study is made in this paper.Firstly,taking the rectangular forming shoulder as the research object,basing on the space geometry theory,the surface feature of forming shoulder surface is definited,which lays the foundation for constructing the theoretical model of the rectangular forming shoulder.Secondly,the mathematical model of the rectangular section is established,and the vector expressions of the shoulder surface and the transition surface are deduced.In combination with the structural features and boundary conditions of the rectangular forming shoulder,mathematical models of the shoulder surface and the bending collar are constructed.Then,the 3D model of each part of the rectangular forming shoulder is established by combining the theoretical model with the CAD technology.The friction distribution of each surface in the package forming is explored,and the influence parameters of the friction force are defined.Finally,3D printing and sheet metal welding forming processes are used to fabricate 3D models,and lamination tests and pull-film tests are performed to verify the correctness of the modeling method and forming process of the rectangular forming shoulder.Through systematically study on the bending collar,the characteristic of shoulder and processing technique of the rectangular forming shoulder,the study provides an important theoretical and practical basis for its wide application in VVFS packaging.It also has certain theoretical significance and engineering application value in the field of engineering application. |
