The development of China's high-speed railway has changed from the absorption of foreign technology to independent research and development.At same time,high speed train is becoming more and more intelligent?information and intergration.Train communication network system and traction/brake system are two key parts in the operation and control of train.This paper is aimed to design a kind of train traction and brake experiment platform based on TCN,which can be satisfied the study of BCU and TCU control strategy.At first,this paper is studied the characteristics of traction and brake technology,it is researched the TCN technology.The platform is included network control subsystem?traction simulate subsystem and brake simulate subsystem.This paper is focused on the network control system.The platform uses WTB as train bus and MVB as vehicle bus.These can satisfy the real-time of communication and veracity of control.In order to satisfy the requirement of TCU and BCU strategy.The platform is designed cab active logic ? traction control logic and gear select logic.This paper is designed MVB/RS485 gateway.It is also provided network interface for TCN communication.The system and test system are designed for the traction simulate subsystem.The brake simulate subsystem can simulate the air electric combined braking.The experiment platform is designed HMI to monitor the state of platform equipment which can meet the requirement of demonstration.A test method based on network analyzer is designed to test the network communication function.It can collect and analyze the communication data.Meanwhile the method of data acquisition card is designed to test the function of traction and brake.At last,the whole experiment platform is tested.The results show that the experiment platform is achieved the purpose of functional requirements.It can be satisfied the study of TCU and BCU strategy and can be meeted the real-time of communication as while as the veracity of control.
