With the rapid development of rail transit,the requirement of train traction system and electro-pneumatic joint brake system is becoming higher and higher.In order to develop the high performance control system of traction and electro-pneumatic braking,on the premise of the analysis of the function and operation mode of the electric traction and electro-pneumatic test platform,this paper puts forward the idea of the energy feed each other in the AC and general in different driving mode of AC-DC-AC electric traction and electro-pneumatic joint brake test platform construction method,and puts forward the test platform specific mode of operation control.This paper establishes a set of the low power single shaft electric traction and electro-pneumatic brake test platform,and implements the control of operating condition of test platform to validate the effectiveness of the proposed test platform build method and operation control.The test platform can simulate train traction operation condition and the combined electric and air brake operating conditions,and complete the development of the measurement and control system of the rail train electric traction and electro-pneumatic braking test platform.In order to realize the development of traction and brake control system under the network control system environment,this paper sets up the experimental platform measurement and control system,implements the running control of the train simulates running control system against the support system,develops the experimental system running control software and network control software.The measurement and control system can receive the control instruction of the subjects system control network to the electric traction and electro-pneumatic brake test system,and implement the control of all operating conditions of the whole test system.
